A great short story that has you immersed in the idea is holiday fling on the lovely Hawaiian Islands. As a reader you meet the lovely couple in the lobby of a resort and follow along while they flirt, go on excursions and get busy between the sheets.

From the rhythm and pace of the story to details in the scenery it is all great and works well for being a short book. You really get an idea for the chemistry between the two characters and get to enjoy those beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

I did find while reviewing, not having the ending caused me to be less than happy with the book. The story line started out great, but then what?

If you haven't already known, the introduction to any series can make or break a series alongside the lead characters that are supposed to sweep us off our feet and a decent plot that keeps us engaged long enough to fall in or out of love with the story, needless to say before even making it to the end of chapter one this was a goner. Perhaps it a combination of the format or the ARC and the author writing style, but from the get-go "Cassidy" didn't appeal to meet whatsoever. In all honesty, there was little to nothing I liked about this romance which ultimately led to me dropping the series. As much as I appreciate the grand gesture of the ARC, this book was not a good fit for me.
