Safe in His Arms by Anna J Stewart is a sweet romance in the town of Butterfly Harbor. Kendall and Hunter are made for each other. I loved the story of them and phoebe.

Hunter is my hero. He's my hero because he has taken in his niece Phoebe. Not many relatives will do that because they don't want the extra responsibilities that come with it.
Bless her heart. My heart just went out to this little girl. I wanted to reach out and just hold her close and let her know that I'd be there for her and so would God.
You'll never get "over" losing a loved one. Grief has no time limit. I still miss my mom to this day.
I loved that this new to me author has featured lighthouses in her story. For they're very important to have because they help save ships and lives that are out on the water.
I have never seen the inside of one and this author has enabled me to do that. She describes them so well that I felt like I was in the story with Hunter, Phoebe and Kendall.
I enjoyed getting to know each character personally and when the book came to a close I felt they were my friends.
Phoebe I felt like I could relate to most.
I strongly recommend this book. I bet once you start you won't put it down! I know I didn't! It's a sweet and clean read. My favorite kind of reading!

This is a beautiful story of surviving grief and finding love. I have never read this author before, but wow, she has quite a gift of storytelling.

Phoebe’s is a young girl whose parents were killed in a car accident. She lives with her uncle, Hunter, who is changing his life in order to take care of his precious niece. Hunter is a gentle, sweet man who had a career as a photojournalist. The two go to a small town on the California coast, where Hunter hopes Phoebe will find healing for her grief. Kendall is a one-woman renovation specialist who is dealing with her own grief. Together, the three find a new future of happiness.
