This is a beautiful story of surviving grief and finding love. I have never read this author before, but wow, she has quite a gift of storytelling.

Phoebe’s is a young girl whose parents were killed in a car accident. She lives with her uncle, Hunter, who is changing his life in order to take care of his precious niece. Hunter is a gentle, sweet man who had a career as a photojournalist. The two go to a small town on the California coast, where Hunter hopes Phoebe will find healing for her grief. Kendall is a one-woman renovation specialist who is dealing with her own grief. Together, the three find a new future of happiness.
