I struggled a bit with this book and ended up setting it down for several months. Although the overall premise was solid and some of the story came together nicely, I simply didn't fall in love with the voice/tone of the book. Despite this, I eventually got to the end and feel that I was rewarded with a decent story. It didn't tick off all of my check boxes for a great thriller, but it did manage to grab my attention much more after the first half.

When I first heard about this book the plot intrigued me, but I didn't care at all for the authors style of writing. I tried to keep reading but I couldn’t get into the book at all.
