Thanks to the publisher and #netgalley for the eARC.

This novel follows Amanda, who is a hypochondriac lawyer, as she maneuvers her way around New York and doctor offices/hospital to cure and confirm her own diagnoses and find love.

This was a fun and quick read. If you love rom coms and all the cheesiness that comes with it- this is your book! The only thing I did not like was that about 80% of the book is focused on Amanda and her hypochondriac diagnoses. We don't get too much of her and Brian until then.

I just finished My Crazy (Sick) Love. I didn't hate it but .... This was a hard read for me. The story at times seemed scattered and as if the thoughts of the main character were not coherent. I know she was suffering from hypochondria but mylanta it was too much for me. I wish the writing style had been more precise and organized. It seemed as if it was rushed and thrown together to call a book. Cute, quirky, but wasn't my style.

I would recommend this novel to anyone who wants to read a quick, humorous, and feel good story. It caught my eye because the story centers around a character that is a hypochondriac.
I don’t think I have come across this before, at least not in the depth and detail in this novel. I liked getting to know a little more about hypochondria. All around I would recommend this book.

I really enjoyed My Crazy (Sick) Love recently while on holidays. It's not my normal genre but I thought it was perfect for beside the pool reading. It was easy to pick up where I left off, the story was easy to follow and uncomplicated and plus all of that it was very enjoyable. I initially chose to read it because of the New York aspect, a city I love so much. It was a funny story, particularly because I know and secretly chuckle regularly at a number of hypochondriacs in my life. Amanda needed a distraction, as I've realised oh so often is true in the case of may hypochondriacs, once they find something else to focus on, may of their symptoms disappear. This is a funny romantic comedy that will keep you entertained, a great holiday accompanyment this summer.

REVIEW
My Crazy (Sick) Love by Drica Pinotti
First of all I want to say I really enjoyed this book from the beginning. It was not drawn out and at the same time, not too much detail to begin with. ‘My Crazy (Sick) Love’ pops you into the mind of a hypochondriac and the life she lives. There were very few parts that had me slow down and have trouble focusing. Which if any book doesn’t do that, I would be shocked. You get to experience her episode s and “sicknesses” with her, and her inner monologue as these events occur. Hypochondria is a very interesting disorder and very little actually discussed or written about. Believe it or not, these things that seem silly to others seem very real and scary to those who suffer with it. The story was well written.
I enjoyed reading her thoughts as she meets others and reacts to their situations. Dating does not seem easy at all to someone like the main character, Amanda. For her to see everything as DANGER and think practically 24/7. I can imagine it to be hard to connect with anyone. Thankfully we see her in several relationship situations and how things work out. I really enjoyed the ending and how things turned out for Amanda. I won’t spoil it for anyone, so you should just read the book.

What a nice find. This was the first book I've read from this author and I really enjoyed it. The story was different from anything I've read recently and really captured my attention. It was so well written and the characters were fantastic.

Definitely a book that looks at the world a little differently than most. It was a little hard to get into at first because you had to wrap your head around what the main character was going through.

My Crazy (Sick) Love is going to be my favorite read. Initially, the book is a slow start, but once you start its smooth sailing. I have never come across a fiction book where the novel's protagonist has an disease and the story revolves around it. Here, Amanda is a hypochondriac who has no control over her obsessive thoughts on her illness, making her regular like impossible to live. The story is well written and hilarious. Everyday Amanda wakes up, she has a new disease and also convinces her loved ones that she is going to die of a terminal illness. With all this going on in her life, I love the way she still has an almost funny open perspective of finding her soul-mate. I really enjoyed the way Brian was introduced into the story and the romance that kindles between them.

Over all, I give this book a 5 star rating because it had all the elements/emotions that I was looking for in this book. Drica Pinotti has done one heck of research about the disease and has formed an excellent character out of it. Loved the way she wrote it and looking for to reading more of her works.

I found this book pretty hilarious at times and also I could totally relate as I tend to be a bit of hypochondriac myself! The author definitely researched well. Thank you to netgalley for the arc.

This book was tough to read given how debilitating Amanda's life was and how she didn't realize how small it was. It was amazing how much she turned it around and therefore got what she wanted. A good lesson for anyone who feels dragged down by a mental sickness they cannot shake.

I wasn't able to finish the book. I couldn't stand the main character from the beginning. I hate giving up on a book and I just couldn't keep going.

Amanda is a hypochondriac. Every morning she has a new disease. Her mum and best friend support her, even though she won't get the help she really needs. Will it change when she meets neighbour Brian?
I found the book slow to start with, but it was fairly entertaining.

I must admit that I had mixed feelings about the story in the quarter of the book because it’s centred so much around Amanda and her dealing with hypochondria disease. I felt that there were to many detailed descriptions of everything she was doing and how she lived her life, but as a medical trained member by day , I can say that it’s been very well researched and it’s important to understand how some people are struggling to deal and live every single day with it because usually we take for granted everything around us or we’re just to ignorant to see what’s happening in front of us.
I strongly believe that everyone needs someone in their life to love and be loved and to experience all the rollercoaster feelings and this book is perfectly the exemplified story that everyone needs to read for a well written, fast paced story with great and reliable characters.
