I really liked how this anthology offered so many different takes on what the world might look like after everything falls apart. Some stories were big and dramatic, others quieter and more personal, but I appreciated how each one focused on what it’s like to grow up when everything you knew has changed. There were definitely a few standouts that hit harder than others, but that’s part of what makes collections like this fun.
It was also nice to see such a range of styles and voices. Some leaned more into sci-fi, others felt almost like fables, but they all explored survival, identity, and what comes next in interesting ways. If you like dystopian stories with a lot of variety and a teen perspective, this is a solid read.
