I didn’t find this helpful or interesting at all, it seems to be the author’s own self involved biography more than anything and I lost interest. I fail to see how this could help anyone based on reading this. Sorry not for me.

I was excited to start this book, but the author's writing sort of put me off. He tells us about his marriage and seems to blame his wife. For a book about spirituality I was surprised. I didn't feel I could relate.

I would like to thank netgalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy free of charge. This is my honest and unbiased opinion of it.

This is not a book for everyone as it is very personal to the author and his way of life. It is a biography I could not relate to, and found it quite self indulgent. I was uncomfortable with the authors description of how his first marriage ended and his anger towards his wife. I would have expected someone at this level of spiritual awareness to have seen it as a partnership and a two way responsibility, and I immediately felt the sadness of a long suffering and unheard wife. I felt the writing was a little unbalanced and was more about the authors life story than a self help book. It might be just the thing for someone from a similar background, but this book really wasn't for me. Thank you anyway.
