I loved the characters and how hopeful they remained during their struggles. I also adored the town and the relationships amongst all the people. Can’t wait for more

I really enjoyed this book. But I am a sucker for a cowboy!

Logan needs to hire a housekeeper focused on the job and Harper has no interest in him other than getting her job done. Of course, as they spend more time together the attraction between them grows. But she's holding back why she's in town and that she has a son. And he has a few insecurities.

The wrap up at the end felt a little rushed but overall this was book was good. And I want a Bryn and Zane book!

I thought that this story was really good, the characters were well developed and they worked well together too.

I thought that the ending of the story was wrapped up a little quickly for me considering it too 85% to get to that point but I still thought it was a thoroughly enjoyable read, I just wish it had been a little longer.

It is 4 stars from me for this one, I really enjoyed this story - highly recommended!!

WISH UPON A COWBOY by Jennie Marts is a wonderful Christmas read! A small town romance with Harper a single mom going through hard times. Logan a local guy who is both confident and insecure. A five 🌟 read for sure!

Wish Upon a Cowboy is a heartwarming- and sexy- Christmas love story. Harper shows up in town to get her son back from his grandmother. She was conned by her mother into an embezzlement scheme and has done her time. Logan is a hot hunky rancher who gives her a housekeeping job so she can earn the money she needs to get her son back. As they fall for each other Harper is afraid to tell Logan about her son and criminal background. Can they find a way toward a Christmas HEA?
This small town I’d filled with interesting characters and you need to be prepared to laugh out loud, in between the sexy bits.
I would highly recommend this to my patrons.

The story of Logan and Harper.

Harper is in town to take back her son Floyd from his grandmother. He had to stay with her while Harper was in jail for unknowingly helping her mother out with a scam. She ends up getting the job as housekeeper for Logan. She doesn't tell him the real reason she is in town, and soon they are spending more time together and giving in to the attraction between them.
Logan is used to people leaving him, and still hasn't got over his moum leaving the family when he was a child. He has met Floyd, and already dislikes the mother who he is led to believe abandoned her son - he just doesn't know yet that it was Harper. What will happen when the truth is revealed?

This is book 4 in the series but it easily stands alone. It takes place in Colorado in a smalltown of Creedance. The heroine, Harper comes to town with no money, no car and no home. She ends up at a diner and she meets a waitress there who offers to get her a job as a housekepper for her friend Logan.

Logan is very lonely, he is all alone at his home and he needs help FAST. Enter Harper who brings good food to his table and a warmth to his home. but Harper also has lots of secrets and a purpose in town. This is really a nice holiday romance, Harper agrees to work until Christmas..

Its a warm romance with lots of heart, a strong attraction and two great characters.

Why doesn't she live with her son?

Aww. All women should be like this.

Have some self-respect, Kimberley.

I hope Rachel and Josh will be okay.

Good job, Ginger girl.

What a witch.

She hasn't taken a shower in three days.

It was inevitable that he knows Floyd.

Shut. Up. Judith. Lazy?

Schnapps and saws seems like a bad combination.

Ooh, Zane likes Bryn.

What kind of policeman is this?

This hearing really did a number on Judith's personality.

LOVED this book!!! This is another winner in the Cowboys of Creedence series. Logan is positively swoon worthy as the sexy and lonely cowboy on his ranch in desperate need of competent help. Harper is the single mom down on her luck and desperate to retrieve her son from his grandmother in Creedence. She is so desperate to get to him that she rode a bus from Kansas to Colorado, spending the last of her limited funds to do it. Harper finds a job working for Logan and, along the way starts collecting friends in the community and falling for Logan.

Logan is sexy and competent, yet has some insecurities, while Harper is damaged and has a difficult past.
Harper has sworn to herself that she wouldn't fall for Logan, as she needed the job too badly to risk losing it for a fling. Logan knows that women leave and that no woman would choose to stay with him. Somehow, their broken pieces seem to fit together.

I fell in love with the characters and felt totally engaged in, and invested in, their story. I wanted them to get their HEA ending and couldn't flip the pages fast enough as I devoured their tale.

If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. Put this one at the top of your TBR list. The author is on my must read authors' list.
