Terrific book on an important topic. Lots of practical advice for parents of older teens and college students.

There is some valuable information in this book, but I was expecting a more factual , less anecdotal type of book. I found it tiring to read through the experiences the authors were sharing about their own children to get to the meat of the topics about the maturing young adults . I was also disappointed that there was not a discussion about young adult children who were not going to college , but were pursuing alternate paths during those initial years after high school .
