Anxiously awaiting the whole final book to the series. This chapter sampler pulled me into the story immediately. Highly recommend this series to young adult readers.

The third and final installment! Nova’s secret will likely be discovered, as will Adrian’s. Lives will be changed, trust will be shattered, and, likely, characters will be dead by the end....

This NetGalley is only the first 7 chapters— just long enough to get you howling for the full thing as hard as you did when you finished Archenemies.

I somehow missed the description that this was only a chapter sampler. Darn! So far, it's been an action-packed follow up to the other 2 books in the series. Can't wait to read the whole thing.

Really disappointed that I did not realize this was only a chapter sampler but it was still really good! I can't wait for the book to be released to see what happens!

I am so excited for this book! This excerpt is definitely not enough for me, and I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on the full copy!

This series really makes you question the difference between heroes and villains. The best villains are those whose motives you can understand, and Meyer absolutely does that in this series. Also, some of the so-called heroes behave in questionably ways. So who decided which group was heroes and which group was villains? This question is brought up over and over in the series, and it really makes you think.

This series is a fantastical blend that reminds me somewhat of of X-Men and Lunar chronicles. There are deeply complex characters. The lines between good and evil are blurred to the point that they become unrecognizable. And at the end of the day, you're not really sure which side you're rooting for anymore.

Personally, I've been finding myself rooting more for the so-called villain than anyone else. But I guess I'll have to wait until November to see how it all plays out!

This series raises the stakes with each book and this one seems to be no exception. Nova is balancing precariously between her two identities and the Renegades seem to be crumbling among their own secrets. This sampler gave a great start to the book and each chapter just left me wanting more. Meyer definitely knows how to write cliff hangers. I can hardly wait to read the full book when it comes out!

Although I wish this wasn't just a chapter sampler, it makes me even more excited to read the rest of this book! I'll be eagerly awaiting November 5th!

I love the direction that this book/series is going in! I just wish this was the full ARC so that I could finish it! The characters are complex and real and that is refreshing in a YA fantasy novel. Can I have the rest of the book now?

Was not aware that this was just a chapter sampler... I cannot give this a good rating without reading the rest of the story however I am excited to dive in even more now.

So good but what a teaser! I usually don’t read chapter ARCs because I don’t like ending in the middle, but I’m a sucker for Marissa Meyer and couldn’t help myself. Now it will be torture until the full book comes out, BUT it’ll be worth the wait.
