We are back at Evergreen. Let me say if you haven’t read these books you definitely need to they are just wonderful. So full of characters with such good hearts and the sprit of Christmas is so felt. This one is about Liz, she buys her grandparents old property that is a total wreck. The town has come together again to help make Liz’s dream come true! The romance is totally an extra.

Who doesn't love "warm and fuzzy"?
Nancy Naigle always gives us a happy holiday story that you cannot put down! This was exactly that!
Liz has always loved "Angel Rest" and now she is the proud site unseen owner of this estate!
Can she fulfill her dream and restore this once happy land? Her Pop always told her: "Things happen when they are supposed to."
The family, friends, magic and love that comes from this enchanting town are perfect.
This is a wonderful book to read anytime you need a "lift"!
You will need a nice hot cup of cocoa while devouring this novel!

I received this book free an exchange for my honest opinion through NetGalley. i really enjoyed this heartwarming story, it was a good read.

This was a refreshing story of nostalgia and love. The depiction of small town mentality was very interesting and enlightening.
I really enjoyed this story.

I throughly enjoyed this entertaining Christmas story. Christmas Angels is well written with a good plot and lovable characters. If you enjoy a quick read I recommend this book. Thanks to the publisher for my advance ebook. This is my unbiased review.

This is a “sweet and clean” book so if cursing and sexual situations bother you, there is nothing to worry about here. Ms. Naigle is one of the best at weaving the kind of wonderful stories that don't need to have sex on the page because the story is more than enough to hold a reader's attention.
Because this book reads like a Hallmark movie (that's a compliment!) there isn't a huge amount of angst or strife, but that is exactly what makes makes this the kind of book that I want to read at Christmas time. This story is loaded with warm-fuzzies from start to finish. I loved reading about Christmas in Antler Creek and the process of bringing Angels Rest to life. The town of Antler Creek is exactly the kind of small town that I would love to live in one day with its amazing Christmas traditions, and its wonderful people who go above and beyond for one of their own. Of course, Liz and Matt were great characters. They were the kind of characters that you can't help but root for from the start, and I loved that even though they were attracted to each other from the start, they took their time to get to know each other – they didn't just go from “hello” to “I love you” overnight.
If you enjoy a really well-written, sweet Christmas story with a great little town and wonderful storytelling, this book is a must-read.
***SLIGHT SPOILERS IN THIS PARAGRAPH*** I also had to laugh a little at the visitors who found their way to Antler Creek right before Christmas. I would have been disappointed if they'd gone by any other names. Well played, Ms. Naigle!

I requested to read and review Christmas Angels. This story was written by author Nancy Naigle. This isn't the first book I have read by author Nancy Naigle and the Christmas Angels doesn't disappoint!! This is great heart warming story. This book can be read anytime of the year dispite the title. I love the encouragement that Peggy gives Liz in this story line. And loves Liz determination to go after what she wants despite how some so called of her friends trying to talk her out of it. The town of Antler Creek is a welcoming town to tourist, and the newcomers. And to until Matt Hardy is introduce in this story. You won't want to put this book down. A definite must read for any type of reader.

Nancy Naigle can do no wrong. All of her books are AMAZING. I recommend her wholeheartedly. This is another Christmas win! Five stars!!

I always love how quickly I am drawn into Naigle's stories. I love her descriptive writing style. I loved that Liz was able to buy her grandparents home. This story was a feel good story for me, it reminded me of my Mama who loved angels. The magic of this story just brought tears to my eyes. The timing of the relationship with Liz and Matt is realistic. It was slow, and sweet. The characters all felt like people you would love to meet I just cant say enough about how much I really loved this book. A perfect Christmas read.

Such a fun story of memories and friendships. Bringing her grandparents wonderful lodge back to its former glory is a project of love for Liz, and with Matt's help her dreams come true for the lodge and herself.

Christmas Angels: A Novel

Antler’s Creek is a mountain town. The people are friendly, help each other without expectations and live a life without the worry of what might have been. Liz Westmoreland spent summers there with her grandparents at their bed and breakfast. Her grandma was a terrific lady and a cook whose recipes were known throughout the town. Liz loved her grandmother but spent most of her vacation time with her grandfather. He taught her many things in their years together but his philosophic words stayed with her. After college, she worked in Charlotte, North Carolina. For years she had a job launching store openings for chains. She had the technique to bring them from start to successful business. Although she had a home in Charlotte, she spent time traveling to complete her projects.
Her grandparents sold the bed and breakfast hoping to relax in retirement. Liz had always thought they would continue then leave it to her, a regret she never got over. Her dream was to continue to save her dollars and find a place to buy and convert to a bed and breakfast similar to her grandparents. Her friends always maintained it was just the thoughts of a well spent childhood, that she would never take the leap and leave the successful world she lived in. If she couldn’t sleep she would spend time searching the internet for such a place. There were some interesting spots but nothing quite the same.
Ms. Naigle’s story continues on and frankly I thought it would be one of wishing and hoping to finally settle for romance and home in her space in North Carolina. Boy oh was I wrong. This adventure just took off at this point and I was completely absorbed into the welcoming world of Antler’s Creek. Yes, this is a Christmas story, a good one to read but I became so involved in Liz’s story. Her memories, the present and the future’s possibilities made reading this book so heartwarming. I enjoyed the holiday vision, feeling sorrowful that the end was approaching. It will be a fun re-read when November arrives along with the snow and seasonal promos.
Christmas Angels by Nancy Naigle is due for publication on October 15, 2019 by St. Martin’s Griffin. I would like to thank them for the opportunity to read the uncorrected proof. The title Christmas Angels gives true meaning to the characters to Nancy Naigle’s wonderful story. This is a definite ‘can’t miss this one’ for fall reading.

A heartwarming story from Nancy Naigle. The main character Liz is a firecely strong independent women who had a string connection to her grandparents inn. She has the need to do things on her own. As you read the novel you will experience the love of the town and it's residents for Liz and the inn. The love interest Matt is her Christmas Angel. A beautiful heart warming novel of love and Christmas. 5 stars. I highly recommend Christmas Angels, the perfect time to read this novel, would be curled up in front of a fireplace.

Nancy Naigle books are like a big hug! This story is the perfect festive story and if you love Hallmark movies this book is right up your street!

This book was a feel good Christmas romance. Liz is a successful project manager with a dream to own a bed and breakfast like her grandparents. When the building that housed her grandparents' inn Angels Rest comes up for auction, she takes a risk and bids on it. With the winning bid in hand she finds a contractor who is an old acquaintance, Matt, and a community excited to revisit the inn's glory days as the restoration begins. This book is big on dreams coming true but a little light on the romance side. It is almost settled as an afterthought. A charming holiday read.

A very nice book by Nancy Naigle. I’ve never read a book by this author before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the story and the characters.

Christmas Angels by Nancy Naigle is an adorable, uplifting, and sweet Christmas romance.
This is a quick, light, and appropriate read for anyone that enjoys romance (that isn’t sleezy), the spirit of the Christmas season, and everyone working together for a common positive purpose.
I enjoyed the dynamics between Liz and Matt and thought that they had chemistry and a spark from the very beginning. I enjoyed the whole cast of secondary characters and I felt the ending was realistic and appropriate.
My favorite part had to be the adorable and amazing dog, Elvis. Too cute!
A great read.
5/5 stars

This review is added to my GR account immediately and will be posted to my Amazon and B&N accounts/pages upon publication.
Thank you again!

This was my first book read from this Author, it was so refreshing and I loved the small town feeling of this holiday book. It made me feel like I was in the small town enjoying all the holiday festivities. Liz dreamed of taking over her grandparent’s inn and with hard work and determination she saw her dream come true. Her journey was not at all easy; she met some hardships along the way. And she did find what she least expected to fall in love. The angels that would start to mysteriously show up all over the inn was what Liz needed to see her dream come true.
I would recommend this holiday read.

A good Christmas read. A heart warming story for the holiday season.
Thank you to Netgalley for my copy.

Liz Westmoreland manages projects for a major consulting firm and she does it quite successfully. Her dream, however, has always been to manage an inn or lodge or B&B like her grandparents did – Angels Rest located in the small mountain town of Angel Creek. She regularly checks real estate sites, looking for her dream home. When she stumbles across her grandparent’s inn up for auction, she bids on it and, much to her surprise and joy, wins. Now her most complex project to manage begins.
Matt Hardy also bid on the inn. Located adjacent to his own property, it holds many fond memories of outdoor activities and the lovely granddaughter of the owners. His fear and that of the community that the new owner will tear the inn down to build a modern monstrosity are relieved when they realize who bought the property. Matt’s affection for the property and the new owner result in a wonderful story of renovation and reconnection.
Nancy Naigle writes the best Christmas stories ever. Sweet without being cloying. Yes, they’re Hallmark movie quality, but I love Hallmark movies. (She actually mentions Hallmark movies several times in the book, so she knows her audience.) Small town life sometimes gets a bad reputation – gossipy, petty – but Angel Creek has the love and caring that we all hope to find in our hometown.

Liz is in a job that she excels at...but gives her no joy. Her life’s dream is to start up a B&B like her grandparents and her dream is about to come true when she comes across auction sale. While trying to achieve this dream she comes across a burly mountain man that has offered his help and continues to encourage her through this adventure. She finds that she has a certain attraction to him, especially when he becomes less burly mountain man and more good neighbor friendly.
I’m not totally sure how I feel about this book...I enjoyed most of it and it was definitely a quick read, but I don’t think it was for me. I say this only because it had a bit of a religious vibe to it and it turned me off to the book a bit (it’s not super religious or anything, but you definitely get that vibe from it). I also think that Liz, as a character, could have been developed more. You find out something about her and she mentions it a few times and I think that maybe the author could have build upon this because you literally get no information about her past life. All she does is keep saying that she has no relationship with Dan besides them not being ‘together’. The ‘religious vibe’ I also got wasn’t very developed either and I feel like that also should have been. Because all of a sudden she is going to church and mentioning God and there wasn’t really a prelude to this either. Besides those two parts, I did enjoy it and it was definitely funny in some parts as well! The ending scene was cute and very thoughtful on behalf of the ‘mountain man’.
