An interesting and easy read. This book makes a convincing point for face to face interaction with fascinating anecdotes. Although repetitive at times, the point of arguing for in person human interaction is an important on in our increasingly “virtual reality”.

A great book, and a great follow up to Grazer's first book A CURIOUS MIND. Highly recommend this book as a way of thinking about how we communicate with one another, and how to improve our daily communication skills.
