This book was fun and depressing at the same time. Some of the examples described the behaviour of some of my superiors too perfectly. Making the book half of the size would have sufficed as it contains a lot of repetition (of which the author warns beforehand)

If you want some bad examples of leadership then you should read this book

This book has reminded me of kids stories with bad advice I used to read when a child. The main concept was to tell kids bad advice counting they will do the opposite. Interesting idea applied for leaders. Sometimes we do not notice what and how we do things and once we read about those behaviors we can recognized ourselves in certain situations. Fun reading!

The examples of what not to do are interesting if not particularly well-organized. There were enough typos and grammar issues that I am hopeful it underwent some revision before being officially published.
