Jade Mackenzie doesn't particularly like Cash Miller. So when he ends up being the pilot taking her to her cousin's wedding, she's really not thrilled. Especially when they end up making a crash landing and getting to the wedding late. But when Cash steps up as Jade's "date,", she's confused. They don't do nice things for each other. But somehow, making him her fake boyfriend makes it easier to imagine all the things they could do with each other if they were in a real relationship. And then they start doing them... even after they get home. Neither is very interested in telling their friends (at least at first) because what is the point? They're just going to break up eventually. But then fate steps in and forces Jade and Cash to face the fact that they are going to be tied together one way or another for the rest of their lives.
I don't particularly love the game-changing trope in this book but I do like friends-to-lovers and Ms. Bennett in general. I think the regular Return to Haven readers won't be disappointed and new poeple won't have had to read the other books in the series to like this one.

Jules Bennett returns to Haven, Georgia in her newest book. She brings us all of the joy and romance that this town inspires. The series is about three friends, Olivia, Melanie and Jade. They move to Haven when Olivia inherits her father’s airplane and his air field. Two of them have found love and happiness. Now it is Jade’s turn.
Jade McKenzie loves Haven and she loves being near her friends. Fleeing her former job after a sexual harassment scandal was the best thing she ever did. Now Jade makes her living teaching yoga and helping her friend to rebuild and expand the airfield. The only issue Jade has is with Cash. He gets under her skin in all kinds of ways. She can’t avoid him since he is one of the three pilots at the air field and the cousin to the owner. When they are forced to spend a weekend together, Jade starts to see Cash in a whole new light.
Vincent Miller better known as Cash owns a gym in Haven and flies planes for his cousin’s airfield. Cash loves using the skills he learned in the Air Force to fly the planes and he loves helping people who want to get into shape. He knows that his looks can be intimidating and he mostly doesn’t mind. He is a very private person. He finds joy in hassling Jade knowing how much he can annoy her. It helps him to deal with his attraction to her.
Cash and Jade both have a lot of trust issues. They don’t share much about their personal lives or feelings and let very few people get close to them. When they start something, they agree to keep it quiet and not share with anyone even their closest friends. Of course, this secret ends up backfiring with lots of hurt feelings. Watching them figure out what is important and how to make things work is vastly entertaining and rewarding.
Jules Bennett knows how to tell a story. Her characters have heart. This book is the third in a trilogy, but readers can pick it up without knowing the other books and enjoy it. Any background you need is provided by Ms. Bennett.

A charming romance that hits all the right spots. I loved this book. It’s wonderfully written and made me smile and laugh. What a fun read. Hold On to Me was a wonderfully balanced read from start to finish!! Happy reading!!

I am not understanding why the main character Jade was so bitchy, I noticed that in the last book in this series that I had read Melanie was also bitchy which made me wonder why these guys who apparently could have any woman they wanted wanted these woman. I get you had a difficult past but that did not make it right for you to act this way, so I disliked these woman tremendously and wished Cash had dropped her a long time ago..

Jade moved back to Haven to heal and she's doing well - teaching yoga, hanging with her friends, and creating a happy life for herself. She knows, however, that she has to go to Nashville for her cousin's wedding, whether she likes it or not. Cash, sigh, a man with tattoos and secrets (not bad ones of his ow making), flies her there but then- the plane crashes. Forced to share a hotel room and a lot of time together, they both find there's more to the other than meets the eye. It's a nice romance with good characters. I had not read the first two books but this was fine as a standalone. Thanks to net galley for the ARC. Look no further for a satisfying and quick HEA read.

4 1/2 stars. I really enjoyed this 3rd book in this series. I am happy to have found this author last year. Even though it’s been a while since Book 2 came out, they are all stand-alone stories so that’s not a problem. Characters from the previous books are in this one because they are all friends, but you don’t have to have read the others, although you should they were great! This story warmed my heart, it’s just a a nice easy read. I loved the evolution of Cash and Jade’s relationship and really of Cash and Jade’s characters. I was totally on board with them morphing their relationship to new levels. They both grew so much throughout the book with help from each other and their friends and are just perfect for each other. Their chemistry was off the charts but of course they ignored it for a long time until something happens that forces them together for a couple days and they realize how much they want each other physically. And this changes everything they thought about each other, relationships and their lives forever.

Thank you to The publisher and Netgalley for this ARC.

It's my first book of the series. You should read the others so it makes a little more sense but it can be read as a standalone. I liked cash he was an amazing hero. Jade was not a favorite of mine.

So I did read the first book and this book in the trilogy. Even though all of the characters popped up in here, it is a true standalone and I didn't feel like I was missing anything.

I thought this was an ok read. I think I was expecting more from the initial airplane emergency landing setting like I wanted a bit more of a survival read. I think that would have made the story interesting for me. The main couple does come from different backgrounds so you see that "opposites attract" trope. Love this cover though.

I received this book at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

I laughed. I cried. I skipped the intimate details. Fun romance. Quick read. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy via NetGalley.

We are back in Haven with the three girlfriends who have made the town their home, and who, with the help of three men who are cousins, are revitalizing the local airport. An airport that had belong to one of the girlfriends.
This time the story belongs to Cash Miller and Jade Mackenzie. They are part of the group but always seem at odds with each other.
Things change when on the way to flying Jade to her cousin’s wedding, they bound after an accident they miraculously survived.
Both of these characters carry a great deal of hurt, and baggage. Their individual childhood and the people that were suppose to love and support them but didn’t. That has molded them and affected them as adults. Fears of a relationship and of not being good enough, are not things either think they can really have.
It’s a story about finding that special person. About being willing to take a chance at love, and overcoming one’s fears . A touching story about hope, and love.
Kudos to the author for another winner in this series.

The third installment in the Haven airport series.
Jade and Cash knew each other in school and became better acquainted when their friends paired off, however, they’ve never gotten along as they are opposites. One weekend in Nashville changes all of that!
I loved this third book in the series! The characters are complex and interesting and so well described. I definitely had a picture of them in my mind! The surrounding friend group is just as present and wonderful as it has been in the previous books. They really do round out the book beautifully.
The pace of this book is great! It’s definitely not insta love, in fact I wouldn’t say this perfectly follows any popular trope, but that just makes it better! There are no lulls you have to wade through, not any unrealistic moments.
I would highly recommend this book, though I would read the first two books in the series before this one.
Thanks to Jules Bennett, Kensington Books and NetGalley for the free ARC in exchange for an honest review.

What great main characters. I adored them both! There were so different from each other but still they also kept finding some things that they were alike or at least similar. Both of them were also so deep in the Denial Trench that they could barely see other the rim! You know that Denial Trench about this being just a fling.

They had some really good support from close friends that they shared. Of course, they are hiding and lying to those same beloved friends (and some family) so that they can keep things secret.
Another part of the story was the fact that each one of the friends including Jade and Cash were building something great together. Something that would not only keep Haven, Georgia alive but to cause it to grow and prosper.
Something that I found interesting but didn't really understand at first was Jade's asking people close to her "would you rather ___or would you rather___? She offered up two options with those questions. It seemed odd to me at first until I realized it was a childhood coping measure. She called it the "would you rather game." After seeing her interactions with her domineering mother I could see why she needed it.
I ended up enjoying this book. The snarky interactions when Cash was pushing "Red's" buttons were often funny. Man, she hated being called Red and he knew it but didn't back off about it either. He wasn't being mean but they really did annoy each other. They just hadn't realized that there was more to it than that.
The emotions were emotional challenges to understand and I liked the way the story ended.

The premise behind this book involves three friends who are getting paired up with three cousins who are renovating an airport and flight service in a small Georgia town. This is the third book and it involves Jade who is very uptight having to go to Nashville for a family wedding. She finds out that Cash is the only pilot available to take her. She didn’t like Cash, probably because she was attracted to him. Over the weekend trip, they grow closer and she begins to see that there is a lot more to Cash than she had allowed herself to suspect. Jade has her hangups because she doesn’t fit in with her family and their snooty expectations of her.

I had read one of the earlier books in this series, but I was never clear as to Jade’s history. She grew up in this small town and knew the cousins as a kid but then went off to college and working in Atlanta. I would have liked some explanation of why her snobby mother would have been in this small town in Georgia after her husband died when Jade was a little girl. The mother clearly has nothing but contempt for the town. Why was she there when Jade was growing up?

Cash was an attractive hero and Jade needed to get over herself.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

This story is the 3rd book in the Return to Haven series and Jules Bennett gives us more wonderful funny, witty and charming characters we can’t help but fall in love with. We met Cash and Jade who are the main charters in this book, in the previous books in this series, and you know that they are going to have a high flying relationship.

Jade needs to be in Nashville for her cousins wedding, a wedding she really does not want to attend, but knows that she will never hear the end of it from her mother. When she gets to the airport she finds out the Cash is to be her pilot. Needless to say this is not how she wanted to her day to start and she does not want have the hour long journey trying to make small talk with him. But little did they know that the weekend was going to bring them together in a heart stopping and sexy stay in a hotel room that would be the beginning of their “secret” just friends with benefits relationship. Both Cash and Jade are also keeping their own secrets from one another and can they learn to trust each other with them….You will have to read this story to see if Cash and Jade get their HEA….

Of all the characters in this series, Cash and Jade are my favourites. I liked their individual stories and with all the books she writes Jules Bennett always gives her readers a good story with a lot of depth in her characters. Thank you NetGalley, for the opportunity to review this book.

The story of Jade and Cash.

She has been back in town for a year, and always clashed with him. Now forced to spend time with him, he turns on the charm to help her out with her difficult family. They start a no strings fling, but will it turn in to more?

A great read.

I've never seen so many "would you rather" scenarios. It's something that Jade is always doing. It is a great way to get to know someone. Hold on to Me, is a great edition to this series.

Cash is in no way bashful, "she stepped from the room and glared at him. “Your underwear is hugging parts I shouldn’t be looking at.” Cash couldn’t help himself; he stepped around the couch to give her a better look." Cash doesn't mind giving his girl fashion advice, “next time just wear a coat. And heels.” Cash doesn't like when his plans are a tad bit altered, "Cash raised his brows. “more important than dinner and ***?” I loved this book, I loved Cash.

Cash and Jade belong to the same group of friends who seem to be pairing off quickly. But they can't be near each other without arguing so when they are forced to get along to survive, it's a challenge. The better they get to know each other the more they have in common and their feelings change. Sweet sexy enemies to lovers romance.

So, so good. Two people who knew and annoyed each other, but had a scary experience together find themselves involved. It was quite interesting to see the back and forth with these two people. Their chemistry was off the charts but there sure were misunderstandings here and there. I also love how close all these friends are. Makes for a very good storyline.
