What a fantastic, emotional book this is, I couldn’t stop reading. Riley fights with Seth over some property, she’s a lawyer that protects species. He doesn’t want to lose communicating with he, could he be falling for her? They have so much chemistry between them. I cried so hard over her past and why he didn’t want to sell his property. They help each other heal, and become so close. Something happens and she retreats, but thankfully there’s a very happy ever after.

OMG this book was just as good as the others!! So much going on in the story but the author still keeps the focus on the main characters. Every part of this book is amazing.

I love billionaire romance stories, but I think besides the writing it is the main male character who can make it break a story and Seth Sinclair- that man can have my undivided attention any time. His character is hot, sexy alpha and soo sweet. But he wouldn’t have jumped off the page with Riley Montgomery, to his alpha, she was blunt, to his sweet she was all rules, but together they created an unforgettable story with more than meets the eye.

When Seth’s company prepares to build a new resort at Citrus Beach he is blocked by his sister and a tree hugging attorney hellbent on keeping the property as a wildlife sanctuary to a flock of least terns an endangered bird species. One things for sure, he’ll play the game with Ms Montgomery, but not just for the plight of birds but because he loves her attitude and defensiveness.

Riley Montgomery is an attorney in Citrus Beach. She’s from old money and works in pro bono cases to those who need it, and right now it’s the least terns who desperately need her killer skills, and Mr Sinclair is on her newest hit list. The sparing between these two is as sexy as it is funny. Neither wishing to let the other win means a stalemate. She being the sucker he is to his sisters, turns the beachfront property back to nature but not without a new contract with Riley Montgomery. This ones a little different….

Seth Sinclair didn’t always have money, he spent his early life raising his younger siblings, and now has a thriving company, but it leaves him open to money grabbing women who now want a relationship with him. Enter Riley, he enlists her to be his pretend girlfriend at some high profile dinners and parties. What Seth doesn’t know is this world was Riley’s old world, one she has no interest in going back to. Riley came from an awful family with terrible parents, but it is the old life that becomes a trigger on a gun Seth didn’t realise he was holding.

Soon their fake relationship turns to real feelings and emotions. Somehow their lives intertwined into a passionate affair…. One that pressures both of these damaged souls. Come along the ride into Seth and Riley’s world, but bring your humour, your oohs and has but mostly bring your tissues. This pair with leave you with all the feels and emotions they have in paper… Ms Scott has created a masterpiece I’ll definitely reread again. I’m definitely going back to book one in this series and look forward to the ones to come.

This is the third book in the Accidental Billionaires series. I have read the entire series by J.S. Scott. Seth and Riley have great chemistry. Seth is, of course, from a working class background who inherits his billions late in life along with his siblings. Riley was born into the ultra rich but is now working as an Environmentalist attorney. There is some serious issues that Riley has had to overcome and Seth is there to support her. I enjoyed catching up with Jade and Eli in this story.

I do have to say that I am getting a bit tired of the same plot line involving a Sinclair. Maybe it's time to come up with another book not set in the Sinclair world?

Enamored is the third book in the series Accidental Billionaires by J.S.Scott. This is another very steamy story about Seth, the second oldest brother of the Sinclair’s that were the second family to a bigamist Billionaire father. Seth and his siblings are new Billionaires after growing up struggling to make ends meet. Seth is the CEO of Sinclair Property Inc., a Contractor looking to build on a piece of property that has gotten the attention of his sister Jade and lawyer Riley Montgomery, champion of endangered wildlife. Jade is trying to persuade Seth to turning it into a wildlife refuge. Riley has spent the summer in a legal battle with Seth to try to save the endangered birds on this piece of land.
Seth has already decide to create the wildlife refuge for his sister Jade but he loves sparing with Riley and he is trying to find a way to be able to spend time with her. Seth decides to enter into agreement with Riley for her to spend time with Seth at some of the high society parties so he can actually make contacts with other investors for his business instead of being overwhelmed by the women newly attracted to him due to his recent increase in his bank account. But what Riley doesn’t know is that Seth is so attracted to her he would do anything to just spend time with her. Riley agrees to this contract with Seth in exchange for saving the endangered birds.
What will happen as Seth and Riley get to know each other? How will Seth handle knowing that Riley grew up with this elite circle of high society people? Will Riley able to be around the people who have only judged her and been critical of her for years? Will Riley and Seth even have a chance at a real relationship or will their insecurities keep them apart?
I really enjoyed this story and love the series. I was grateful for an advanced copy to read in exchange for an honest review. This was a very quick read. I found myself wanting to know what happens next. This is a very steamy story.

Riley and Seth. I have been waiting for their story since I read Ensnared. This one is everything I thought it would be and more. As an environmental lawyer, Riley is passionate about saving a piece of property Seth owns. What Riley doesn’t know is Seth would do anything to make his family happy, even if it means not developing the property, besides Seth can’t seem to get Riley off his mind.. With both attracted to each other, it’s inevitable they find love. Jan has written their story that grasps hold of the reader and won’t let you down.

I have read the first few of J S Scott's other billionaire series, and I had heard a lot about this series so I figured I'd try it out. It was a quick read. You don't need to read the other books in the series to read this one.
The book was pretty good. There was chemistry between the two main characters. I liked that Seth had a working class background, and Riley was raised rich and left that life. I think it made for a good duo.
My only complaint is the plot. It seemed like all the really interesting stuff happened within the first 50-ish pages, and then I had to wait till the last 50 for it to get interesting again.
I would recommend it for avid romance readers who want something quick and relatively light.

I love the Sinclair series and in particular I loved reading this book. Seth has captivated me with his rugged attitude and his way of being protective with Riley. What fascinated me most was how he remained a simple person even if he had inherited a vast fortune from his bigamous father. And this trait helped Riley through a hard issue (which I will not comment here because I don't want to spoil), giving her the chance to live near a man who needs all the love in the world just for doing all the great things for his siblings. So it's a romance in which both characters who initially seem so different and not fit for one another are actually, at the end, the perfect joint. They compensate themselves with respect and the great love they have for one another. I highly recommend this book.

I have loved this entire series. The West Coast Sinclair’s and JS Scott did not disappoint with Seth and Riley’s story. The relationship between Seth and Riley will warm your heart. Riley has a miserable childhood and experienced what no child should ever have happen to them. Her parents were nightmares. Her ex-fiancé was just as cruel. Seth and Riley fell in love unconditionally, something Riley had never experienced before. Seth was the perfect heroine. He treated Riley like she was the most precious thing in the world and gave her the confidence to finally let go of the past. I highly recommend this book and the entire serious. I am hoping that Noah’s story is next.

Well let me start by saying
This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

I am a fan of this author and read anything she writes.

What I liked about this book is that it offered a continuation of the story of the main characters. I also like that it sets the reader up for the next story which is about the most mysterious sibling in the family.

Overall, I enjoyed the book but found it too predictable. I was able to figure out the secret before it was revealed. I felt like I have read too many similar stories.

Seth Sinclair, one of the West Coast Sinclair’s, has had it bad for environmental attorney Riley Montgomery since she sat at his table at the coffee shop and scared away a gold digger. Riley is just getting her life back together in Citrus Beach and is not looking for a man. I love most anything that J.S Scott writes and Enamored is no different. There are secrets, taboos and strong emotions, coupled with explosive chemistry. This one definitely tugs at the heartstrings. Loved it!

The continuing Saga of the West Coast Sinclairs. In this story we meet Seth we previously got a bit about him in previous book when we find out he was fighting with Skye the environmental lawyer who wanted him not to build on a land inhabited by endangered birds. Seth makes a deal with Skye that if she becomes his companion when he goes to high society party he will hand the land over to her. As time goes by we get to see why Skye is somewhat skittish about being his companion and why she does not like high society party. Reading J.S Scott we the reader know you will get alot of sex but what you also get in many of her story is serious issues being discussed that happen to one or more of the characters. In this storyline the heroine has been sexual abused. Ms. Scott handles it quite well the way she woven's it into the storyline. Will be reviewed on goodreads and amazon.com.

finally Seth and Riley's story. this whole series is a cant put the book down collection. I was so happy to see Seth get happy and Riley to loosen up. Perfect

So sexy and down to earth. Fun book and series. Can't get enough. Love the characters. Funny and warm all in one.

Riley is a wildlife-preserving lawyer who meets Seth in a coffee shop, savings him from gold-diggers hitting on him after he inherits billions, only to find out Seth wants to build on the site for an endangered bird she is trying to stop.
Seth decides to keep the suit going as a way to communicate with a woman who intrigued him.
After a few months of this he proposes a 3 month ‘girlfriend arrangement.
This book, as with all of this series, deals with real issues that damage lives and that love can be found and worked at but is not a ‘cure all’

I would recommend this book, you will grow to love Riley as the book progresses, I thought I was going to not like her at the start.

Im so In love with this book. Billionaire unattainable is now one of my absolute favorites. Mason is everything you wanted him to be and more. J.S Scott has the amazing ability to capture your attention and pull you into the book. A must read for all book lovers.

I loved Seth and Riley story. Riley’s past is tough and I’m glad she found someone like Seth! I love this series. They make a great couple. Greet story and great addition to the serie.

I enjoyed this book. A weak female overcomes sexual abuse and grows stronger. The love between the two was strong and powerful. This book is a great love story. He comes from and strong family and they share an amazing bond. She learns to love and be loved unconditionally.

I really enjoyed Enamored, Seth and Riley had a beautiful if not emotional story. I usually like the male characters better in books, but Riley, there was just something about her that made her seem so real. It was quite refreshing.

As usual when I finish one of these books, I can’t wait for the next. It’s going to be fun watching Noah fall and I hope we don’t have to wait too long.
