I have loved every book this author has written and have read every one. This is an awesome series and I have enjoyed every book up until this one. I kinda hated this story and its not about the writing but about the characters. I still love this author but this book is very different than books she has written before and I kinda hated it.

This story features one of the lost billionaire Sinclair brother Seth. He is the construction brother and he wants to build a resort on his plot of land but his sister and the heroine in this story Riley Montgomery oppose him because birds have a nest there. He decides to not do it but he likes Riley and so he convinces her to fake date him in exchange for not building it.

Riley grew up without love or friends or even brothers (she has 3 but they were at military school.) As an adult she got engaged to a creep of a pedophile. He didnt just pick a one time victim but he had a relationship with a 15 year old and had sex with her while also with Riley.. On finding out Riley befriends the teen and tries to show her how wrong it is.

This aspect of the story grossed me out. I was on the fence with not liking Riley before this but this aspect of her ex was horrendous and really started me hating this story. As to Riley, Seth was super into her and she was very cold, bitchy and against any relationship whatsoever. She really has isolated herself from the world. The only thing she is passionate about is the birds and saving her exes teenager.

Seth was a great guy in this story but I could not figure out why he wanted Riley. I know I was supposed to be sympathetic to Riley but I didnt like her very much and while she has had a tough life, so have many other people and they don't turn into such cold characters.

The story told seemed to move very slowly and there was not much of a plot except that Seth wants to date Riley and she has these huge walls to scale. This is a very talented author and a series I have really enjoy up until this book.

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

Finally, we get Seth's story!! Not sure I was going to like him after he was a big reason that Aiden and Skye had nine years apart, but I did love Seth and Riley's story. Plus, how can you not like a guy for taking care of his siblings when their mother died and their father was not part of their lives!

I really felt for Riley when she thought that Seth needed her to "work" the room for him and asked him how he wanted her to dress for the occasion! Both had past issues that they needed to work out and it was fun to watch as they got closer and closer to each other.

It is always fun to see the other brothers in these books and "keep up" with them. Now, I want to go back and re-read the first few books! AND, I cannot wait for Noah to finally fall for a woman that is going to be a book that I do not want to miss!!

I really enjoyed reading Seth and Riley’s story. Once you found out more about Riley’s backstory, the more you understood her actions and reactions to people. And when you add in Seth’s inexperience in relationships, you can expect some bumps. Seth and Riley are one of my favorite billionaire couples.

Enamored, book 3 in the Accidental Billionaire series, is another fantastic book that definitely kept me reading until the end. To be completely honest, I am so glad I had forgotten Seth and his actions in Aiden and Skye’s story because I was really annoyed with him! So when I started Enamored, it was with a clean slate.

Despite how I felt about him in Entangled, in his story, I absolutely adored Seth. He realized the error of his ways and expressed how remorseful he was so all was forgiven :). Just like Aiden and Noah, he was the big brother to his 3 younger siblings, he sacrificed so much to make sure they had everything they needed. He would basically do anything for them. So when Jade teams up with Riley, an environmental lawyer to protect the land he has plans for, he pretty much knew what he had to do. The only problem he saw was the loss of communication with a woman that fascinated him. So he cooked up a proposal to remain in her life. What results is a story that was so much more emotional than I was anticipating. Riley has some secrets that were heartbreaking, but the way Seth supported her and was so patient with her was so heartwarming.

Like in the previous books, there was a misunderstanding that led to a separation, but in Seth and Riley’s story it was short lived and dealt with so much more smoothly. I did want to still smack Seth over the head for his reasons, but I appreciated how quickly he groveled and I was really happy with Riley’s response.

All in all, a wonderful and emotional story and I highly recommend it. Now I really want to know Noah’s story and see his happily ever after!

Another wonderful story from J S Scott.
I loved this book as much as the others in this series,
Seth and Riley both have had alot to overcome in their lives and both prove they are so much more than their bank balances. They make a lovely pair.

Fun, steamy and gripping.
Absolutely can't wait for Noah's book now!

I voluntarily read and reviewed this book, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Riley Montgomery saves Seth Sinclair from gold-digging women in a coffee shop. All before knowing that he is the billionaire she is fighting to save an endangered species fr9m his construction, development company..

Both Riley and Seth have familial baggage, and both have t9 come to terms with things from their past, but first they have to agree to terms on the property and the future of the species of birds that Riley is trying to protect..

The story has all the feels.... angst, humor, sadness, regret, anger, and of course a happy ever after.

I’ve loved the entire lost Sinclair’s, called the Accidental Billionaires books so far and this one doesn’t disappoint. Seth was the perfect hero to balance out Riley’s insecurities and help her to heal with his stubbornness and undying love. Riley is a beautiful soul, with a lot of unresolved damaged, but Seth’s patient wears her down and helps her to finally heal.

As always, all of the Sinclair’s come together to help any sibling in need, and I’m still in love with the oldest, Noah and cannot wait for his book to be released. In the meantime, I just fall in love with all the Sinclair’s all over again with each book released.

Seth Sinclair is a recent real estate tycoon. He owns a special piece of land that a protected species visited last year. He wants to develop it but has hit a roadblock in a fiery read-head.

Riley Montgomery is an animal rights activist and attorney. She hears about the possible development of a nesting ground and even though she offers to buy the land she’s turned down.

Since Seth came into money he’s been propositioned more times than he can count. It’s all fake women though, only interested because he’s a lost Sinclair. When he meets a woman who seems to see the real him he’s intrigued. Too bad she’s the same woman who’s making his life difficult. Can he give in to her demands and keep her in his life?

As with every single book about the Sinclair’s (original or extended) this book will captivate you. Seth and Riley are such great characters. Riley has so much depth in her backstory and she’s got to overcome so much personal struggle in this story. Her character grows so much as she becomes more sure of herself and more confident in her relationships with others.

Seth doesn’t really change that much. He pretty much realizes what he wants pretty quick and he doesn’t really waver in that. It is wonderful to see how completely supportive he is of Riley though.

I found myself smiling so much while reading this story. It is not all one big happy journey but the happiness does outweigh the suffering. I also liked how some real issues and problems were addressed within this story and resources were given at the end.

I can’t wait for Noah’s story. I really have no idea what to expect with him.

I received an advanced copy of this story through NetGalley and am very happy to leave my voluntary and honest review.

sexy & moving romance.
The emotions, the humor & their chemistry pulled me in, & kept me hooked till the end.
It's about two people who have a

This is the third book in J. S Scott’s Accidental Billionaires series. This instalment tells the story of Seth, who like his siblings became a billionaire overnight. He clashes with Riley Montgomery, an environmental lawyer, when he starts a beachfront redevelopment that threatens some endangered birds. Both characters have had challenges in their upbringing but I love how they learn to deal with these together. Seth is sweet, protective and funny. Riley is a smart and sassy. It is a sizzling romance with great dialogue. I received this ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Another phenomenal book by J.S. Scott❣️

At the end of book two in the Accidental billionaires series I knew this series would be a winner and that Riley and Seth were going to be next😁 Seth and Riley are in an ongoing legal battle about a piece of property that Seth wants to develop, but Riley as an environmental lawyer is trying to protect the wildlife that uses that land for their babies during summer. Seth is reluctant to let the property go but only because he wants more time with Riley and knows she will go away if he just gives in and makes the land a sanctuary💕

Seth makes her a proposal but it unfortunately airs a lots of secrets that Riley wasn’t yet ready to face about her past. I love Seth and Riley and how amazing Seth is in supporting her and her decisions. This book was phenomenal and should not be missed. I’m hoping for Noah’s story next as I feel he needs to find some love😍 Thank you to J.S. Scott, Netgalley and Montlake the publisher for my advanced copy for which I leave my honest review.
