Christmas Shopaholic did not disappoint! It captured all the lovliness and fun of the previous Shopaholic books while a the same time bringing some new fun and trouble to the table. Becky gets herself into trouble - but it always comes from a good place in her heart. This new book was especially heartwarming and anyone with a crazy family around the holidays will enjoy!

Although we might not all believe in Santa, we can all relate to the stress of the holidays - especially when you are hosting an event for a large number of opinionated family and friends! Becky is back in this hilarious and heartwarming Christmas tale. While I hadn't read any of the Shopaholic books previously, I had no problem entering Becky's world and getting to know the residents. Numerous conflicts arise surrounding the plans for the holiday, including a pushy businesswoman who wants to work with Becky's husband, a mom-friend from preschool who is getting a divorce and Becky's search for the perfect gift for her husband, Luke. By the end, you'll laugh, rethink your next online purchase, fall a bit in love with Luke and you might even have a new idea for what to get your own family and friends for the holidays. This title will hit the spot when all the work is done during the holidays and you can finally relax. (Advanced copy read courtesy of NetGalley. Opinions are my own.)

Sophie Kinsella offers another lighthearted, feel-good Becky Bloomwood Brandon/Shopaholic book. This one will come out in time for the holidays and would be a great gift for her fans.

Becky is in charge of the family Christmas for the first time ever, and in true Shopaholic fashion, she goes above and beyond to find everyone the perfect gift while at the same time trying to help a dispirited friend, figure out why her sister is unhappy and her parents are barely speaking to their lifelong best friends. An old flame moving to the village complicates things, but as always, Becky muddles through, positively touching the lives of others.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for letting me read this fabulous ARC in exchange for an honest review.

A long lost family member is back...Becky! This year Becky takes on Christmas. Due to her sister coming back and occupying her parent's home, it's now her duty to host Christmas. What can go wrong? Well it's Becky. So Murphy's law, "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong", is the case. Becky has not change a bit. She's still sweet, crazy and a shopaholic. However, it's even worst during Christmas time. Not only is Becky in search for that perfect presents for everyone, but she also want a perfect Christmas' dinner. Which includes Jess' vegan lifestyle and everyone requests for a side dish. Can that be done?

Of course the story is typical Becky; however, it does get a little redundant. I would like to see more of a twist or some type of changes in Becky. Never the less, she stay very much monotone. It is a nice read and it feels like a long lot sister has come back. At the same time, it's just like any other Shopaholic book, just at a different time of the year with a different predicament.

Becky is back and wittier than ever. I absolutely loved this book. I am so happy Becky is back. Beck offers to hold Christmas and in true Becky fashion she dies what Becky does best, shop. I am crossing my fingers there will be another one, I think there will be.

Sophia Kinsella can do no wrong when it comes to Becky Bloomwood! I've been reading about Becky since I was in college so this was a wonderful turn down memory lane. No suspense or surprises here but a wonderful, heart-warming story that is familiar and comforting in the best way possible!

In this most recent installment of Shopaholic, we find Becky volunteered by her mother to host Christmas. In only the way Becky can, she goes about planning the big day. This book was charming and playful. Becky made me laugh and cry. All of the favorite characters returned and we met a few new ones. Becky can’t help but jump knee (or waist!) deep into everything she does. For Shopaholic fans, this book is not to be missed.

Welcome back to life with Becky Brandon (nee Bloomwood)!

So this series had gotten a little thin, but after a nice break it was great to see Becky back and at her best flighty and shopping self. Her extended family: mom, neighbor, sister, best friend, and assorted children and spouses of the extended characters are back and at their best.

This book focuses on Becky's plan to host Christmas this year, which means plenty of plans and plenty of shopping opportunities. While flighty and unrealistic, Becky is fun, funny, and always has a great heart. It's a joy to catch up with the characters and visit the Brandons.

If you have not read the series, I would pick up at least the first book. but honestly, the book could stand on its own. Enjoy a little light, fun read set at Christmas!

Thanks to the author, publisher, and www.NetGalley.com for my ARC.

Becky is like the friend you haven’t seen in years, but you always feel like it was just yesterday you were together. Bex is up to her usual shopaholic hi-jinx, but this time she’s not the only one out of control. Her family and friends are too. Christmas demands, crazy ex-boyfriends and billiards clubs, Becky handles it all, er, sort of. I’m really excited by this recent installment and I can’t wait for the next.

I love Becky Bloomwood and am so excited by the next installment of her story! The same humor we've come to expect from a Becky adventure. And I love that the ending leaves room for yet another installment!

I love all Sophie Kinsella's books! This one did not disappoint! The shopaholic was one of my least favorite of hers but this brought if right up to the top with my other favorites of hers! She so good with comedy and romance. I loved that it is at Christmas time. I would definitely recommend this!

I received this ARC from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

This was my first "Shopaholic" and it certainly will not be my last! I was not sure if I had to have read previous ones to understand the characters or the content, but it was fine. Becky is evolving her shopping with the times and is now an online shopper! The book was a cute, fun, light-hearted story Christmas story I needed. It had everything you need in a Christmas story! I will probably re-read it again at Christmas time. I look forward to reading the back list as well as any future Shopaholic books.

Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I am so grateful that Sophie Kinsella keeps writing Rebecca Brandon (Bloomwood) books! I love that we get to follow her along, especially during the hectic Christmas season. If you enjoyed Confessions of a Shopaholic, you will enjoy this book too!

I haven’t read any of the other shopaholic books and Sophie Kinsella is kind of a terrible author so needless to say I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the diehard fans probably will. But hey I tried

Christmas Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella is the latest addition to the trials and misadventures of Becky Brandon nee Bloomwood and, to my mind, is the most enjoyable yet. It is absolutely wonderful to be reunited with Becky and her family and friends, particularly during the holiday season.

As the years pass, Becky is becoming more outrageous than ever. Settled into domestic life with long-suffering husband, Luke, and daughter, Minnie, Becky continues with her ridiculous antics but, as always, with only the best of intentions at heart. As we have come to expect from this fabulous author, Ms Kinsella has given us a laugh-a-minute romp that has us rooting for our flawed, yet lovable, heroine throughout. This novel will make the perfect Christmas gift for any lover of the Shopaholic series. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to NetGalley, Random House Publishing Group, and The Dial Press for the wonderful gift of an ARC.
