Great yoga book! My kids and I enjoyed the yoga positions and really helped my son concentrate more.

This book covers the basic poses, which is exactly what you want in a book for children. Instructions for each poses are clear and would work for a beginner.

This is a "fine" book but I did not connect with it and am not sure children would either. The monkey could be fun but isn't well utilized. Most of this book feels like an 1800s grammar book teaching the itsy-bitsy chidwen how to do their yo-ga. Less conversational than teachy.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Shambhala Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is a children's introduction to yoga. It's well thought out and simple basic movements that they can build on. I am not an expert by any means and I loved doing these moves. It would be a blast to do with a grandchild together. It out me in a happy place. 5 stars

This book is absolutely perfect for kids who need to chill. My daughter has ADHD and just needs to relax a whole lot. I have implemented this with her and it is going amazingly.
She does it when she needs a break or just some time to reflect.

Thank you Netgalley for an ARC of Anytime Yoga.

I really enjoyed this sweet book encouraging mindfulness in children. There are nice illustrations and a great story/script for parents and teachers to support students in engaging yoga poses. I really like the sequencing at the end of the book. These sequences are based on Sun, Earth, Water, Sky.

It is a well thought out book and very friendly for students and children.

Anytime Yoga is a great introductory book about yoga for kids.

It is super simple and easy to follow along with cute, colorful illustrations.

I had my little guy (17 months) and my teenager doing these together. After a bit of hilarity and confusion it was a nice little exercise.

I could definitely get them to practice this daily with this book.
