This is an easy read that is definitely a "heart-warmer". For those familiar with Sala's other work based in Blessings, Georgia, it's another story in the small town. You don't HAVE to read her other books in the series, but I'd recommend it to be familiar with the outside characters.

So much happens in a short time in the beginning of, The Way Back To You. A lot of coincidences or Karma is played out in this book. A lot of smiles and tears from me and the characters. I really enjoyed, The Way Back to You.

The Way Back to You by Sharon Sala is a definite winner in my eyes. It kept my interest throughout the story and moved at a perfect pace. The town and people of Blessings, Georgia are so real that you feel you are right there with them. I rarely give a 5-star rating, but this story is terrific! This was a story about second chances, that included suspense, romance, and drama. It was a perfect mix of just the right qualities that a good book has. Highly recommended!
I received this ARC from Net Galley for my honest review.

The Way Back to You by Sharon Sala (Blessings, Georgia #9) 4 stars

It is always a joy to visit Blessings, Georgia again for a story about some of the individuals that live there. This story is about Sully Raines, who finds out after his mother died that he is adopted. Newly retired from the fire department, the news that he was adopted puts him into a tailspin. He gets some help from an investigator and his last lead points him toward Blessings, Georgia. Circumstances lead to his helping an accident victim from dying and finding out that the lady he rescued was his teenage girlfriend, Melissa. We met Melissa in a previous book, formerly a worker at the local hardware store, to make ends meet she also kept house for a local widower. When that individual died, he left his entire estate - house and business to Melissa.

Not only is this story about second chances and new beginnings, but it is also a search for "Who am I?" when all things familiar is now false. There are some tense moments and scary happenings; but there is a nice resolution for all. I really enjoyed this book; it was fun seeing some past characters again.

Thank you Netgalley and Sourcebooks Casablanca for this ARC.

It was wonderful to catch up with my friends from Blessings, Georgia. If you are looking for a sweet weekend read, this is it. Sala's books leave that warm-fuzzy feeling and her characters are well-rounded and likable. I love how she weaves so many different stories together. A definite must read!

I love Blessings, GA and the unique stories of its residents. The stories are woven together to leave use with a sense of community and love for these townspeople.

Sully Raines has an incredible story of loss that brings new beginnings and a life he could never have dreamed for himself. Learning the heart wrenching truth that his mother was in fact his adoptive mother, Sully begins a journey to discover the truth and find out who he is. Finding his birth mother leads him to Blessings, GA and at a crucial time. Sully rescues Melissa from a car accident only to discover it is his "Missy", his junior high sweetheart.

Melissa has had one heck of a life and finally it's on track. The BOOM she is in a devastating accident to be rescued by a stranger. Imagine her surprise when she realizes Sully is her young boyfriend .

Melissa and Sully have a good chemistry and I enjoyed them as a couple. Finally, they have a love in their life that will last a lifetime. Now to find Sully's mom. This journey is one with twists and turns and the end is one I was rooting for. As an added bonus, Melissa finds herself with a great big family and she couldn't be happier.

Once again, Sharon Sala has written a lovely book of community, friendship, and love.

Blessings, Georgia is a place of happiness for both old residents and new. When Sully discovers that he I was adopted after the death of his mother, he hits the road in search of his birth mother. His search takes him to Blessings, where he runs into and reconnects with his first girlfriend.

Melissa was rescued from a burning car by a handsome stranger. Only she finds out that he isn’t really a stranger. It turns out to be her first boyfriend. As Melissa and Sully search for his birth mother, they once again find love.

Can two people who have been apart for 30 years, find lasting love? Will they be successful in finding his birth mother?

Oncee
again Sharon Sala writes a story that you can't stop reading. How shocking for a grown man to learn on his mother's death that he was adopted. The story tells his journey finding love, a new vocation and his parents. The journey is filled with suspense, and love. Parts of it made you shake your head (like Elliot Graham's predictions) and some of it was heartbreaking and all and all an excellent story.

I got this book from NetGalley for an honest review.

Firefighter Sully Raines discovers that he was adopted after the death of his adopted parents. Recently retired, he sets out on a search for his birth mother. Serendipity or Karma plays a huge part in his search that changes his life in unexpected ways.
This saccharine story will be a hit with those who love Hallmark movies.

This book returns us to Blessings. I love the characters in this small town and the stories about their lives. This book revolves around Melissa, Lovey and 2 men that are important to them. It is a story about families and finding a home. If you are in the mood for a light read with a happy ending this one is for you. It is part of a series but could be read as a stand alone. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.
