I LOVE THIS BOOK.
It makes healthy cooking simple, mess free, and inexpensive. And I like how the author is not judgey about the healthiness of the foods, referring to a "Usually-Sometimes-Rarely" method of ingredients. There are some you usually use (veggies, proteins, etc), some you use sometimes (processed foods, for example), and rarely (the buttery delicious unhealthy stuff). Nothing is "never."
