Guidance for Harnessing Your Inner Entrepreneur—No Matter Your Work Situation

The organization of this book actually reflects how much the idea of *career* has changed. It is a book of articles written by entrepreneurs who share their unique take on what it means to be an entrepreneur, their path to it, and suggestions for the reader to consider as they decide what may be best for them in their careers.

The book is divided into four sections: exploring how you can use your entrepreneurial spirit if you work in a corporate environment (intrapreneur), looking at adding a side hustle while still working your regular job, figuring out when/if to leave your regular job and focus on your own business, and planning your exit strategy—whether that's returning to the workforce in another job, taking a little time out, or franchising (amongst other topics).

I found reading these essays inspiring. I like seeing how people make things work, no matter their situation. Not everything, of course, will be applicable to your life or situation, but I found that these distinct voices got me thinking about the topics and how I might want to move forward. For a book like this, I think that is the highest compliment. If you are interested in figuring out how to better harness your own entrepreneurial spirit, this could help you on your path.
