As with the other book in this series, we had issues with our reader. No matter what direction we turned it, the text and images appeared 90 degrees off. That said, here is another, sweet, colorful, very short but engaging book for toddlers and Pre-K. Pleasing and gentle illustrations of small children accompany the simple prayers. Prayers for waking up, when it’s windy or rainy, for going to the doctor, for treats, and sleep. Did we say “sweet.” A help for teaching little children to pray at all times. Five stars.

I love these little prayers for children and am reading them with my Beaver scout colony to help them with faith a little and to give them is for writing their own prayers

The idea was great but it should have gone further. It would have been great if it was more interactive and engaged the children on an imaginative level.

"My Day-by-Day Prayers" is quite an inspirational book for young children. It has cute and colorful illustrations and contains a meaningful message of prayer and having a good, kind, and thankful heart. This book also teaches children to trust in God and take comfort in Jesus, in such a precious way! I have yet to have any children of my own, however if I ever do have children, I would love to read this to them in the 2-5 age range.

I received a free ARC ebook from NetGalley and I can honestly tell you it's a book worth buying for you and your children. It's an easy book chalk full of ready to recite prayers. Readers will be able to say these prayers by themselves. And after awhile you will all know them by rote.

From stormy days to special days, from a doctor's visit to going to sleep, little ones are taught that they can talk to God about anything and everything. Sweet prayers are accompanied by lively, colorful illustrations. Perfect for little ones!

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Cute book for teaching toddlers how to pray and to bring problems to Jesus. Illustrations and prayers are age appropriate. My 3 year old loved this book!

This was a lovely little book and I thought that the images were wonderful.
They were warm and welcoming and I loved the bright tones that have been used.
The praises are perfect for little children, they are short and sweet and lovely to read.
It is 5 stars for me and would be great as a first praise book as it is full of things to be thankful for.

This book is great for young children! It includes going to the doctor, concerns about weather, and fun outings as well. The prayers are about adventures and experiences that the child can understand. It teaches the kids how to pray in a practical way. I love this book and the book on Praises. The author is awesome!

I love little kid prayer books and praying with my kids. This books helps foster that habit and ai think that is wonderful. A few of the prayers just seemed a little odd to me so that’s why ai rate this book 3.5 stars. I still think it’s a good book, has good messages and is a good option to read. I have read others that I like more but I think this is worthwhile too.

I remember being a kid and being told to pray at night, but I never knew what to pray for. This is a great book to help kids figure out what to really use their prayers for.

This own a very sweet book that focuses on teaching young children how to pray and what to pray for, what to be thankful for. It teaches them that even the very small things matter and to be grateful for all of it. Very cute, child-appropriate art. Not too long but very helpful!

My only negative here (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that even though they mention, in passing, prayers for some others, it’s very limited and focused mostly on the child. I feel like there needed to be a bit more about others too! Like friends or siblings. ♥️

Like My Day-by-Day Praises, the prayers were good examples for children learning how to pray. The prayers cover several topics, including weather and injury. Most of the prayers were focused on gratitude. My favorite prayer was a bedtime prayer that children could incorporate into their daily routines. Like My Day-by-Day Praises, this had a good balance of text, illustrations, and white space, and I would recommend it for parents and caregivers of children age 2-3.

This colorful illustrated toddler book on prayers is finding the smallest things to be thankful for. From the doctor's visit that can be scary to going to sleep and being thankful God never sleeps.

A read along that is a great way to quiet little hearts before bed time.

Highly recommend.

A Special Thank you to Harvest House Publishers and Netgalley for the ARC and the opportunity to post an honest review.
