Cozy read! I really enjoyed curling up and reading this cozy mystery. I look forward to reading more Holly Quinn books.

I love cozies and unfortunately jumped in on the 3rd book. This for me was a detraction, as for the most part you can start anywhere in the series, but it helps to have read the other books. I just could not get into it. The plot was a bit of a mess, and I did not need to know about the weather that much. I felt like that was brought up a bit for filler.

I really enjoy the entire premise of this book series, the idea of a store that promotes and sells wares from local artists just sounds amazing! I loved the characters, the descriptions of the setting and of course the mystery. I really hope that there will be more books in this series as I will miss visiting them and seeing what they are up to now.

I would like to thank Crooked Lane books and Netgalley for giving me a copy of the book to read and review.

This book is set in Wisconsin which is close to where i live and i feel like the winter setting is portrayed well, sometimes you get authors explaining weather in a state and you can just tell they have never experienced it before. The only thing that bothered me in this book is that you have a wife who ends up dead and the husband is missing yet some other random husband gets pinned for it, you know that the husband is almost always the person who did kill the wife, so i kept waiting for the reveal, which kind of ruined the suspense for me.

This was a fun book to read. I really love cozy mysteries because, well, that's what they are. They're homely, they are familiar, they build a small and comfortable world. And that's exactly what this one did as well. I really enjoyed the characters and their banter. And I definitely want to go back and read the first two books in the series. The mystery was nothing too complicated, but enough to make me feel curious, which is what the target of a cozy mystery anyway is. So, in that sense, this was an enjoyable book.

This is the third book in the A Handcrafted Mystery series. I highly recommend reading the books in order.

To boost customer traffic at Community Craft's one-night-only sale at the Heartsford's annual Fire & Ice event Samantha Kane persuades a few of the craftspeople who sell their wares at the store to participate in a live mannequin window display contest. Wanda Wadsworth emerges as a favorite to win the contest, as she manages to not move a muscle. That is until the townspeople realize that she is dead.

Detective Liam Nash Is at a loss for what happened and is searching for clues. Never fear the team of S.H.E. Is on the case! Can they figure out what happened to Wanda?

This is definitely my favorite of the series! I enjoyed the storyline and I love the characters !

I absolutely adored this book. It was my first Holly Quinn book, but I loved that I didn't feel like I needed to stop and read the other two books before enjoying this one. I love cozy mysteries set around the winter holidays, so this was the perfect read for me. Thank you to Netgalley for the advance copy.

Sammy, Heidi & Ellie are determined to solve the murder of their friend and local quilter, Wanda Wadsworth. Fortunately, Wanda left them a few clues. Will they figure them out in time?
I love this series of books!

Book 3 in the series. Another cozy mystery that makes me feel like I'm living in a Hallmark Movie Mystery and wish I lived in a small town where everyone knows each other. Sammy and her co-sleuths, Ellie and Heidi, try to figure out how Wanda, the beloved and healthy yoga instructor died. Leading them down several paths, and with Bara the dog by their side, S.H.E. figures out who killed Wanda and why. And you get your happily ever after because Sammy and the good detective, Liam Nash, finally admit their feelings in a sweet way.

Now I wish I had books 1 and 2 of the series to read.

I know nothing about quilts but, I still enjoyed this book. It was a very good mystery and typical of small town life. The only con was that the MC had too many romantic thoughts about the cop while a dead body was still there. No girl, no. Other than that, it was very fun and I liked the relationship b/w the MC and her best friends.

I loved this book. The theme was especially fascinating to me. I live in WI and am always on the lookout for the barn quilt squares. The characters were realistic and the murder had interesting twists. A must read series and worth more than 5 stars.

Unfortunately I was unable to get in to this story and had to put it down, however, I'm sure it is a highly loved book and appreciated by the right readers.

Love this cozy! Holly Quinn demonstrates why this genre is such a favorite among readers. It's a great "palate" cleanser plus all the side-characters and small-town feel gave me a warm feeling despite the murder mystery background.

So this is my first book my Holly Quinn and I mainly decided to read it because of the cute title. I didn’t know very much going into this book, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I enjoyed it.

Quinn’s writing is fun and upbeat. It moves at a good pace and is very easy to follow. I think if you’re new to Cozy Mysteries then this is a great series to try.

I also really enjoyed the characters of the story. They all worked well with one another without being too overbearing. I think I might even go back and read the other books in the series so see how it all started. If you like a big sense of community in your Cozies then this one definitely has a lot to love. You’ll be able to find at least one character that you can relate to for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to trying more of Holly Quinn’s books in the future.

Catchy holiday fair theme. Decent plot setup. Having the hardest time finishing the book as not feeling bonded to the characters.

So this was way better than the first book in the series but still boring. I like to cozies a 3 book chance before giving up, especially b/c I love quilting so much but I wont' be reading any more books in this series or by this author.

Another excellent entry in the Crafter series. Ms. Quinn creates characters who are believable (even when they do stupid things and you want to smack them in the head with a frying pan). The mystery itself is engaging and well written. A great book!

I am completely obsessed with this series. I love almost everything about it.

Sammy Kane runs Community Craft, the local craft store and community meeting place. During one of the biggest town-wide events, Sammy finds one of the local artisans dead inside her store window. Sammy teams up with Detective Nash to get to the bottom of this puzzling mystery.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Sammy is a fun character, along with her sister and cousin. I love that their relationship is really close. I also love Detective Nash. He's super dreamy and protective. Sometimes Sammy does get on my nerves and I find myself yelling at her, but she always tries to make the right choices in the end. I cannot wait to see what comes next in the series!

This is book 3 of the series. I liked the characters and the setting. I really liked that the quilt played the major part in the story. I would like to read books 1&2 but the price is too high for me for such a short read.

This was my first time reading a Holly Quinn mystery. I enjoyed meeting the characters in this cozy, and Sammy and the S.H.E.s were fun to meet. I thought the author did an especially nice job of ramping up the tension near the end of the book, and I enjoyed figuring out who the murderer was.

The book also has a nice sense of place, and as someone who visits Wisconsin frequently, I thought she was spot-on with her descriptions of how they handle snow there.

Her "Community Craft" shop was a place I'd like to visit, and I'm especially interested in learning more about the relationships in the book.
