Very well written, great characters and very easy to read with a clear timeline and POV. Filled with action and fun facts in a great setting. As a Norwegian, it's good to see even the Norwegian words are correct.

Great book with a female hero that is a ninja. What a great concept. The book is good, but a follow-up would be nice to see even more character development.

An excellent debut novel. Lily Wong is a smart, driven and kick-ass young woman you can’t help but root for. A fast paced interesting story. I can’t wait to see what Lily gets up to next.

Really enjoyed this book by Tori Eldridge. It was fast paced and I loved that the female ninja (Lily) helped domestic violence victims. Plus, the nuances in right/ wrong or to do a wrong for the right reasons, really made me think. I also liked the family dynamics.

I enjoyed this book. A female Ninja who helps victims of abuse is great to see in a book. I do hope this continues as a series because I would like to see this character develop.
Great to see such a strong female character is a world of alpha hero's!
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this book.

Very interesting main character- a really unique blend of genetics, cultures, skills and compulsions.

A very smart, accomplished, and secret, or so she thought, ninja who protects and avenges victims of domestic violence, The devastation of her sister's death has propelled her to apply all the very special skills she has learned to help those who cannot help themselves.
In attempting to do so, she stumbles on a deadly conspiracy with a slick assassin, who is strangely compelling to her. Unraveling the threads of the story puts her in jeopardy a few time where her skills saved her.

Pretty well written and the story moves along pretty briskly and for the most part pretty easy to keep everyone straight. It feels as if this could be either the beginning of a series or is part of one that has already begun.

I tried to look up some of the techniques she mentions about her ninja training and could not find much, if anything. I'd love to know more...

I really enjoyed this story, and hope it is the start of a new series. The characters had real depth, and I found them to be very believable. I look forward to reading more from this author.
