An absolutely adorable debut!

Chloe and Logan's story was a lot of fun to read--sure, it's fairly insta-love, but that adds to the story's overall fairy-tale feel and they don't actually make any truly life-changing decisions until the epilogue, after a more sensible amount of time has passed.

The whirlwind state of their romance (flying separately to Helsinki, where the bulk of Logan's says were spent working meant starting a relationship got squeezed in where time permitted) didn't leave a lot of time for basic get-to-know-you kinds of conversations, so the fact that their black moment was essentially caused by a misunderstanding pretty inevitable. The way it all came down really worked with their characters, though, and they both both took responsibility for what went down and worked to fix their issues, making one of my least favorite romance problem causers actually work in a logical way for a change.

Ms Carter's writing made me laugh out loud more than once while reading--Chloe's internal thoughts and her back-and-forth texting with Logan were especially funny. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!

Disclaimer: I received an Advance Reader Copy at no cost from the publisher/author. All opinions in my review are my own.

When I read the synopsis for this book I knew that I had to read it. And once I got started, there was no stopping. This story consumed my afternoon and I couldn't put it down. The writing was perfect. I fell so easily into this story with its smooth writing.

While the premise isn't all that realistic, it was extremely satisfying and thoroughly entertaining.

I liked how connected to the characters that I was while reading this. Chloe was a breath of fresh air and Logan was so well rounded and genuine.

The romance is so sweet. I loved the slow-burn. Chloe and Logan start off as friends but the attraction was there from the start.

Overall, this is a sweet, steamy, satisfying story that you won't be able to put down once you start it. If you enjoy billionaire romances then you're sure to love this one. I'll definitely be on the lookout for more from this author!

I freaking adored this book!! Chloe and Logan have the cutest interaction in which she is his ride-share driver and she instantly was attracted to the guy, but she sees herself as plain and uneventful. When Logan leaves his keys in her car, it begins an awesome adventure that was full of heart and romance.

These two might be completely different, but sometimes what you need is the opposite of you. I really liked this book and thought that the premise was entertaining and original. All in all, if you are in the mood for a sweet but engaging read, then Driving Me Wild is definitely a good choice for you to read!

PS: Thank you to Mia Carter, Inkslinger PR, and Netgalley for allowing me an advanced copy of the book to read and review!

I was hesitant to read this book. I thought the plot sounded cute, but because Mia Carter is a debut author, I wasn't sure what to expect, Because I received an advanced reader copy from NetGalley for my fair and honest review, I knew I'd be tasked with giving negative feedback if I had it, which is awful anyone, but I imagine more so for a new author.

Luckily, I enjoyed the book!

Driving Me Wild is a cute love story that has the inevitable meet-cute between the flustered female lead with no filter whatsoever and the tech genius who leaves his keys -- and attached thumb drive -- in her car (Chloe is a ride share driver to pay the bills). Logan pays for her to transport his lost items to him in FINLAND! She agrees and sparks fly, but not so fast that it seem unbelievable. Both characters have some growing up to do and if they happen to be in each other's company at the time, so be it.

This is a slow burn romance, which I don't mind when it's done well. There was enough going on for me to enjoy the journey.

A fun escapism contemporary romance. The most surprising thing I loved about this book was the setting in Finland.

when rideshare driver chloe lucks into picking up hottie logan on his way to the airport in driving me wild, she enjoys the eye candy and figures she'll never see him again. but when a lost pair of keys turns up with a flash drive on it, she's thrilled to realize that logan is the rightful owner.

he needs the information on the flash drive for a business meeting in finland. so he makes chloe an incredible offer. if she'll meet him in helsinki, he'll fund her a couple days vacation for the trouble.

chloe isn't usually one to take risks, but this opportunity is too one in a million to say no to. and what comes of the unexpected trip is beyond her greatest dreams.

**driving me wild will publish on september 16, 2019. i received an advance reader copy courtesy of netgalley/entangled publishing (embrace) in exchange for my honest review.

I love the hero in Driving Me Wild. Yes, he’s rich and not afraid to use his money should it make a difficult situation easier. But as a child, he was poor. All that lack of financial security in his formative years seems to have influenced this modern day millionaire admirable ways.. He flies first class, but doesn’t own a jet. Has a BMW, but there’s no mention of exotic sports cars. He has a large home with a swanky address, but it’s practically empty. He’s brilliant, seems fair and is genuinely kind, couple all of that with a lack of trappings and pretense and I like him all the more!

The heroine is prettier and more desirable than she believes. She’s an artist with a day job to get by. She’s kind, generous and thoughtful. She’s also insecure (jerk ex-boyfriend’s, need I say more?). To her, things seem to good to be true so the has a self-sabotage moment that nearly prevents her HEA. Thankfully, she has a set of reality check sisters and a man who’s determined.

I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Aww this book is so funny and cute. First Chloe's luck of driving a ride share that moment and meeting Logan was great.
When chance and a forgetfulness happens....
Logan a billionaire tech guy forgets his keys in the car of the rideshare things change for him and for Chloe. Logan will do anything to have the keys brought to him, he needs the drive that is on the keyring.
But asking a complete stranger to fly around the the world to another country and a female no less how can he do that??

Chloe really is thinking hey I can mail them or hold on to them for when he comes back. But instead Logan says I will fly you to me, and I need them.
But for me this book was all about taking a chance, on life on chance encounters.
And facing fears to get what you want.
Even just a few days of meeting and dinner you could tell both of the characters really liked each other.

“Interesting meet cute, 4 stars”

Carter is a new to me author. The blurb intrigued me so I decided to give Driving me Wild a shot. The meet-cute was adorable and pulled me in from the get go. I genuinely liked the story, the only thing I wasn’t huge on was I felt like it was a little too insta-love/rushed. Even with that said Carter still hit all the points she needed to make Driving me Wild a well-rounded story.

Logan is a career driven guy who is about to make a big move job wise. So far, he’s succeeded in everything he’s set out for. But when he leaves his keys in his ride share by accident, he can’t help but freak out. What he didn’t know in doing so is the set of events he would set off. He didn’t expect to fall for his driver but he did. The question is will she fall for him?

Chole wants more in life but she doesn’t know how to do it. A guy like Logan couldn’t want a plain girl like her. She’s never felt like she’s satisfied anyone compared to her sisters. Logan seems too good to be true. The question is will her insecurities keep her back from what could be her biggest adventure?

I thought this was cute from start to finish! I thought the overall premise of the story was fun, it's not one I've read before, and I thought both Logan and Chloe were a good match for each other. Chloe never really learned to see herself in a positive light, always seeing herself as just average, and that kept her limited in her life experiences. She's never seen herself as beautiful, and doesn't seem to comprehend that someone rich, handsome and sophisticated like Logan would be interested in her.

Logan is a giant in the tech world, having founded and sold 4 companies while still in college, but he hasn't really been living either, until he meets Chloe. He doesn't really discuss his early life, but it's clear that while it wasn't horribly tragic, it wasn't the best, and there is a reason he's got abandonment issues. When it comes to Chloe though, he begins to see new possibilities in life through her eyes, and through each other, they both learn how to let go and just live in the moment.

Talk about an adorable love story.

This fun, highly entertaining, witty and cute romance takes our shared transportation use to the next level, when Chloe’s fare turns out to be a good looking millionaire startup genius who’s losing his keys in her car on the drive to the airport.

Chloe, a talented art major driving for a living since she can’t find a job, picks up her fare and is chatting him up in the most adorable way.

Logan, on his way to the meeting that could change his career, loses his thumb drive (attached to his keys) in the car, so he later on convinces Chloe to fly them to him all the way to Finland. On his dime. First class. All expenses paid.

Talk about a opportunity of a lifetime. And so Chloe does just that, and the two find themselves tangled in each other, in the best of ways.

I loved their exchanges, the descriptive way Carter translates the scenery, Helsinki and everything that happens during those few days. I loved how both Chloe and Logan’s emotions carry through to the reader, and I really did fell in love with them both.

I’d recommend this book to anyone who needs this sweet sweet, totally irrational love story to lighten up their day.

I loved it! It's very interesting, well-written, and has amazing characters. I especially enjoyed how the story started. That was fun and I was intrigued right from page one. Both Chloe and Logan are perfect for each other and their story is worth reading.
Chloe has a degree in arts but she mostly works as a freelancer. Logan is a self-made billionaire, who is a tech genius. They meet unexpectedly as if fate has intervened. Soon, they're spending more time together and realizing that their might be something behind their instant attraction to each other.
Honestly, I couldn't put down this book. It is one of the best billionaire romances I've read in a while. There wasn't even a single boring moment but I do think that the characters were the best part of this story. They're both the kind of people I love to read about. So, I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'd recommend it to all contemporary romance readers.

I really enjoyed Driving Me Wild by Mia Carter! I live close to Finland so it was cool for me to read about the story taking place there. Not a lot of romance books take their characters to Nordic countries. The idea for the story was clever and I really liked the main characters.

This is the first book that I have read from this author and I really enjoyed it. Chloe and Logan were such a great couple. They first meet in a ride share and that was just the beginning of their adventure together. Logan lost his flash drive while in her car as she was driving him the airport and Chloe ends up traveling to get it back to him so he can do his presentation. This chance meeting of two very different people will turn into something that they didn’t realize that they needed. If you are looking for a quick read that has laughs, romance and heat then this is the book for you.

While Mia tries to build a career in art her job as ride-share driver is what pays her bills. What was supposed to be a quick payment of taking a businessman to the airport turns into the adventure of a lifetime. When he leaves an important computer drive in her car, he asks her to bring it to him in Finland all expenses paid.

Logan is the CEO of a successful IT company that protects other companies against being hacked. He needs the drive for a conference he is attending and considers Mia a lifesaver for bringing it to him.

From their initial meeting when she gave him a ride, they were attracted to each other and as they spend time together that only gets stronger. They both have pasts that they must overcome which causes a few waves in their relationship but there is no denying they were a good match. She shows him there is more to life than business and he gives her the strength she needs to pursue her dreams. This is the first story I have read by this author, but I would definitely read her future books.

Drivng Me Wild by Mia Carter was so cute and the most perfect read.

Chloe had some insecurities that had deeply affected her previous relationships. But she was determined to make the “most” of her life while still being happy. She finds some kind of fulfillment being a “Dryvr” driver and working on her freelance work and her web comic brings her joy and allows her to be herself.

Logan Weiss was a self made billionaire and being drained by it. He had 27 hour days with no vacation or days off. And he makes a rookie mistake, leaving his keys containing super secret company secrets in Chloe’s car. And then makes his way to Helsinki.

Chloe does the right thing and reports it missing. And then gets in contact with Logan and somehow ends up going on a trip to Helsinki.

Cause that’s normal right?

Logan and Chloe have outrageous chemistry and they don’t hold back. But both had severe communication faults.

Neither of them communicated. Like at all. And when Chloe found something that needed explaining on Logan’s phone, she ran rather than confront him.

Logan Weiss had issues and they came to the forefront of his mind with the relationship/feelings he gets with Chloe.

However, Logan gets ticked off and does something about it almost immediately. Whereas Chloe wallows, as she’s allowed to, for a bit longer. And Logan came back with a vengeance.

The way he fights for her is so cute and sexy. He really wants the best for her and it’s the sweetest thing ever.

Chloe and Logan overcome, in part, their issues but not the way you think.

Mia Carter uses this quote that I loved:

I blush at you, and shake my head. “I didn’t change you.”

“No,” he says, with a smile, “but you were there, in my way, a sign that I needed to change myself, or miss out on something that mattered.

I adore that quote, for several reasons. Oftentimes we find our heroes and heroines changing because their loved one “made them want to become a better person for them”. And sometimes that can have detrimental effects on the relationship. I’m not saying always but that can be seen in several books. But Chloe and Logan don’t do that. They wanted to change for themselves. They just needed the push that the other person provided.

What a different type of story! While Chloe has a passion for the arts, while she is trying to establish a career in that aspect, she is working as a rideshare. When her next customer surprises her by jumping into the car since he didn’t have a picture attached to her account, she is surprised at how attractive he is and how attracted she is to him. Feeling bummed about a missed chance, Chloe continues her day, only to find a set of keys left in her car. Plugging in a jump drive on the key ring in an attempt to return them, she finds that they belong to the mystery hot guy named Logan, and he offers the trip of a lifetime to return them to him in another country. Deciding to go on a whim, Chloe agrees, and off starts her whirlwind adventure. After delivering the keys, the pair starts to build a friendship while also fighting the attraction between them. While nothing is going right in Logan’s professional life, he decides to give his personal one a chance and take a risk with Chloe. But when Chloe misinterprets something, which is really just a ploy to run before she gets hurt, we wonder if the pair will make their way back to each other. I really loved both characters in this storyline, because we see growth in both a professional and personal capacity. This was my first read from Mia but won’t be my last, as this was an enjoyable storyline and great characters!
