A great collection of 100 recipes, including beverages, all three meals and snacks. There are some super helpful health related explanations at the beginning of the book on discussing the differences between low carb vs keto, as well as some prepping tips to help keep cooking at 30 minutes.
While there is not a photo at every recipe (which anyone who follows my reviews knows I always mention in cookbook comments and reviews), there is a perserving breakdown of calories, etc, which is incredibly important in health-related cookbooks yet not always found.

This was a very well written cookbook. I found the layout to flow well and the recipes were easy to understand and follow along to. I look forward to trying some of them out for my family.

Very pleasant surprise here

I requested this book because I needed to rethink our carb heavy menu. I was stuck in a bit of a rut and with both kids off at college I now had the freedom to implement some changes.

The book does give a good background and tips on the low carb lifestyle and also how to stock your kitchen to get started. Nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary, all accessible right at the local grocery which is a plus!

There is a nice selection of recipes (breakfast, snacks, salads, sides, mains and desserts). They are also things I would make or order at a restaurant as opposed to the sometimes over the top stuff you see in these cookbooks. I have made a couple of things already and I have been pleased so far! My only suggestion for improvement would be to add pictures of the finished products.

I’m really enjoying this cookbook and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and Callisto Media for a copy in exchange for a review.

The recipes are easy and the personal notes are short. the ingredient tips are helpful. Overall i feel like it could use more pictures. Wha makes most of these recipes low-carb is a simple change in one or two ingredients. Not sure it's worth the price, while there is a good variety of recipes from greek, to mexican, to italian and more - the substitutions are so simplistic seems a little silly.

Easy to follow recipes that actually turn out as good as they look. I found myself utilizing this book more than once when planning menus for the week.

So many of the recipes looked like winners! A lot of times I'll flip, through a cookbook and find a handful of things I'd like to try, and to be honest I might just jot down one or two before passing the book over, but this would definitely be a keeper for me. I found numerous recipes I want to try, and a lot look like something even my kids will eat!

I sat up through the nighttime hours, kindle in one hand... pen and paper in the other ... and making a list of recipes I wanted to try. It dawned on me, I was listing them all.

Not only do the 100 recipes sound delicious, they all can be prepared in less than half an hour. I love to cook, but I don't necessarily want to slave away in the kitchen for hours preparing a meal.

They all are easy, with step by step instructions. Ingredients are common and so easily available at your favorite grocery store. The author has added her comments, as well as listing all the nutritional values for each recipe.

A few of my favorites .... and which I will be trying over the next few days ... Green Chile Scramble (breakfast) .... Green Beans with Lemon and Mint ......... Pan-Fried Chicken .... Different Pizzas with some yummy ingredients ....Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apple Cabbage Slaw. Let's face it ... I want to try them all!

This low carb cookbook includes:

Favorites reinvented—Discover how to make low carb variations of dishes you love, instead of giving them up for good.

Everything you need—Find the total carbs, net carbs, and calories for every dish, along with lists of the basic kitchen tools and the 10 ingredients you should always have on hand.

I'm a big fan of low-carb diets. There are so many selections of food you can have on the diet... you never go hungry ....... and the weight comes off. It's a diet that is highly sustainable for any length of time.

Many thanks to the author / Rockridge Press / Netgalley for the digital copy of this amazing cookbook. Read and reviewed voluntarily, opinions expressed here are unbiased and entirely my own.

Unfortunately I just don’t feel that this book has very original low carb recipes. I understand that the idea here is quick 30 minute low carb recipes but in turn they end up being very simplistic. As someone who personally follows a low carb lifestyle I just don’t feel like these recipes are bringing anything new to the low carb table. Also I think there needs to be more pictures included throughout the book and not just where each new section of recipes start. I just don’t see this cookbook standing out among the very popular crowd of,low carb cookbooks.

A yummy cookbook with an emphasis on meat and vegetables instead of carbs. I really liked that many of the recipes are ones anyone can enjoy, even if you aren't on a low-carb diet. I also loved that they are quick to prepare.

Another great bonus to the book is that the recipes don't use exotic ingredients. Busy cooks will be able to find everything needed at good grocery stores. But this does not make the dishes dull. You'll find dishes from many different regions and cuisines.

Most of the recipes have useful tips at the end and every recipe has nutrition information at the end, making it easy to pick what recipes fit your needs.

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

Since going low carb for almost a year, I am always on the look out for new recipes to keep things interesting and not get bored with my choices. This book has a variety of different recipes in quite a few different categories so even if you are a picky eater, you can find some recipes to enjoy!

The hardest part for me is missing the desserts so I am going to try some of the dessert recipes first! There were also some chicken dishes that looked pretty good and will have to give them a try.

I really liked that there were recipes on how to cook an acorn squash and making cauliflower rice, as I really had to wing it when I tried both of these and could not find good directions online.

Most of the recipes were made with items that I already have in my kitchen so another plus for me as it is always frustrating to have to buy a bunch of strange items for a recipe than if you don't like the recipe, you are stuck with something you will never use again!

I also liked the introduction at the beginning of the book giving the different types of low carb diets and a breakdown of ingredients needed for cooking low carb.

There was even a section for vegetarians so this book covers a large range of alternative recipes for readers.

Going to try one of the dessert recipes tomorrow!!

A great collection of quick, easy meals to make for those looking to cut carbs. I love that most recipes are made with ingredients that you can find during your average grocery trip without spending a ton too. A great addition to any library building their cookbook collection with current diet trends.
