Demons Well Seasoned is an exciting and spine tingling finale to The Secret Spice Cafe Trilogy. The way Patricia V Davis pulls the strings of each character together is truly amazing. While I am thrilled this trilogy is finished I am also sad. This was a great trilogy!!

Demons, Well-Seasoned is such an amazing book. The characters are well developed, the storytelling just wonderful, the plot is fast-paced and engaging. I also really loved Rosemary, Alana and Luca in this book. Too bad this was the final book in this trilogy, because I wanted to continue my "friendship" with all the characters on board Queen Mary, both the living and the ghostly ones.

This book deserves 5 starts and more! This one is definitely the best in the series!
I really enjoyed this new author and her writing and storytelling is just wonderful!
But best of all all of these stories took place on the Queen Mary. She's such a lovely ship too. I hated to say goodbye to her.
I love it that the author gave her a voice in the story too. If only she were real!! As in really able to voice her thoughts. What stories she could tell!!
One thing though I feel that she should get honored for being in the 2nd World War. After all, she's a Veteran too!
I'm so glad that I really won't have to say goodbye to her though. I have these delightful books to reread anytime I want to and a model of the ship herself.
I loved all of the characters in this book whether they were dead or alive.
Wouldn't be wonderful if we could actually see our loved ones one more time? That is if they don't scare you first! But mine are with Jesus so I know they are at peace and I will see them again.
In this book the plot was wonderfully written. I eagerly turning the pages to see what happens to Angela, Luca, Sarita and the others.
Alana delighted me the most. I even laughed at her when she was a little girl.
I think Luca and Alana were my favorites in the book. Because she was always causing trouble and Luca was going behind trying to cover for her lol!!
I miss Cristiano. There was just something about him that I really liked. Could be his presence in the kitchen of the Queen Mary.
I think I would've enjoyed his cooking.
He was an amazing person.
I didn't like it when Emilio came on board.
I think the one I felt sorry for the most was Rohini.
I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it.
I am hoping that Patricia will write some more books in the future.
My thanks to Netgalley. NO compensations were received.

This is the 3rd in series and such a exciting finale ! I loved this book. Thank you to Net Galley and to the publisher for providing me with this fascinating series. I highly recommend the entire series.

This series is based on women that are friends and open a cafe on The Queen Mary ship. Many mysterious occurrences happened with the haunted ship and in their lives. Each book in the series tells their stories. In this last in series "Demons, Well-Seasoned" is the third book in The Secret Spice Cafe Trilogy by author Patricia V. Davis. This is supernatural writing at its best . The author seamlessly moves between worlds and opens the eyes of her readers to world's we never considered. As she weaves the stories of the women from the past and present I found myself captivated by the story and charcters.

I do not wish to divulge the story as its so rich that each reader needs to experience it on their own. I highly recommend this entire series and look forward to further works by this fine author. Very well done !

This finale is to die for, literally. Everyone's life hangs in the balance. All of the characters from the previous books are back, in one form or another. They and Maman Taylor fight for their lives and the Queen's.

The end of the story leaves you wanting for more and a movie. Marisol is at the center of this take. Take heed of yourself and know that you are special just as you are. Lessons of live, acceptance of one's self, healing, jealousy, and salvation are the core themes.

What an action packed ending to an interesting trilogy. The story is set on a cafe on the Queen Mary and has everything in it. There are wonderful women friendships, hot romances, great food descriptions, ghosts and magic. If that's not enough, in this final book there is an epic battle of good and evil and the star combatants are five year old quadruplets all with some kind of special ability. It is quite creepy to read about the walls of the famous ship running with blood.. It's not my usual type of book but is done so well that I was entranced,

WOW! Kudos to Patricia V. Davis, Author of "Demons, Well, Seasoned" for writing such an intense, intriguing, captivating, memorizing, memorable, and thought-provoking novel! I have a Patricia V. Davis hangover! This is a deeply layered symbolic novel that still has me processing and thinking! This is the third and final installment of "The Secret Spice Cafe Series". I would suggest you read all three to get to understand the characters and events. The timeline for this novel is the author's present and goes to the past when it pertains to the characters or events in the story. The Genres for this Story are Fiction, History, Magical Realism, Paranormal, Folklore, and Religious Tradition. The author describes the colorful cast of characters as dramatic, complex, and complicated. The themes of Good Vs, Evil,  Sisterhood, Belief, and Love can be seen.

Many of the characters that are in this novel are in the other books. Sarita is a mother now and worries about being a mother.

Sarita's Grandmother, who is a Vodou Priestess appears after seeing an evil vision and is worried about this and wants to keep the family safe. The author goes to the past to show us how jealousy, rage, and history have shaped what is happening in the present. To ward off and fight this evil, the timing has to be specific. Everybody's lives depend on it. Characters from earlier books, Jane, Cynthia, Angela and Rohini all play a significant part in this finale.

There are some intense, dangerous terrifying, frightening moments, There also are some Kleenex moments.  This is an amazing and unique novel that I highly recommend. This would make a fantastic screenplay. Patricia V. Davis has an amazing way of telling her story and her vivid descriptions are fantastic. I hope that the author hasn't closed the book and that we will get to see some of the characters again.

Demons, Well-Seasoned is the third book in The Secret Spice Cafe Trilogy by author Patricia V. Davis. I had read the first book, Cooking For Ghosts, and enjoyed it very much. However, I have not yet read the second, Spells & Oregano, and that I think is where I made my mistake. I definitely recommend reading them in the order they were written. Although I enjoyed Demons, I found it hard to follow along and keep track because things had happened that I had no clue about. I also had a hard time keeping straight all the different characters. However, I have to stress that I think if I had read them all in order, I wouldn’t of had these issues. They are very well written books with wonderful characters. I loved that it’s location is on the Queen Mary and that spirits are involved. Stories like this I find fascinating. I’ve made a promise to myself that I will now take the time to read them all in order because I know it will be an enjoyable reading adventure. I’d like to thank NetGalley for the arc to read and give my honest opinion on.

Amazing! I loved this whole series (I recommend reading the other two).I the history of Queen Mary and the history with in the characters heritage , the ghosts who reside on Queen Mary's ship. I love the characters of this series who each have their own unique ability that will come in handy when they all have to come together for a epic battle against evil to save one of their own. This is one of those series that is filled with magic ad will still be talked about ten years from now.

O-M-G!! Patricia V. Davis pulled out all the stops for this book. It is AMAZING!!! PHENOMENAL!!!

I read the first two books in the trilogy and loved them. The majestic RMS Queen Mary is an awesome setting and I immediately fell in love with the characters. The series focuses on the employees of The Secret Spice restaurant on board the Queen Mary and their interactions with the resident ghosts. Interactions? Yes, because of course, these are not normal employees. Several of them have magickal powers and, thus, can see the ghosts.

For the third book of the trilogy “Demons, Well-Seasoned” tighten your seatbelts. You are in for the ride of your life! Characters from the past are back, along with a few new ones. I loved having the original four ladies together again. The most adorable new characters are the four five-year-old daughters of Sarita and Luca, all with their own powers. Alex, Alana, Maria, and Nikki are delightful.

Sarita’s grandmother, a Vodou High Priestess, joins the cast of characters. She foresees terrible danger to her family and their beloved Queen Mary. Davis takes you back to 1930s Glasgow and then New Orleans and Harlem in the 1950s in order to give you the backstory of Rosemary, Sarita’s grandmother. Rosemary’s past is linked to today’s terror.

Thus Cynthia, Jane, Rohini, and Angela are reunited on the mission of their lives. Heart-stopping, intense! You may have to remind yourself to breathe as you are drawn into the battle between good and evil.

Romance, good food, mystery, humor – throw in the supernatural and you have the recipe for a totally satisfying read. This is a beautifully written story of family, friends, passion, tragedy, and undying love.
