Ember Leigh would be a new author for me. When I come across her title Breaking The Habit, which the synopsis made the book seem positively interesting, I vaulted at the chance to read the book. To my astonishment I appreciated Breaking The Habit, it was fast-paced, with likable characters.

I was astounded at how easy it was to descend into Ember Leigh's world about MMA fighters, without getting a little more history of the players. So, most certainly a stand-alone series. After reading this book, I will most certainly make it a point to read the other titles in this series.

Levi Swain will do anything to reach MMA fame, even portray a false image to the media. An image that hides his personal life from the public eye. He is happy to have a different girl every night and to drink and fight anytime. Until he meets Riley. Riley is a photographer trying to make it on her own. And as hard as she tries she can't help but falling for the bad boy of MMA. What's not to love. You have MMA fighting, love, paparazzi, art, and hot men. This well written story that will keep readers at the end of their seat.

Breaking the Habit is an exciting edition to Ember Leigh’s Breaking the Rules series and draws the reader in from the very first page. An all-encompassing storyline with explosive chemistry, heartfelt emotions and one heck of a rollercoaster ride throughout, it’s certainly an attention grabber. The author has penned an intense and riveting book, that has only cemented my love the series; basically, I can’t get enough!
