While there’s nothing revolutionary about this cookbook, it’s convenient and everyone will find at least one recipe to try. The tips and tricks are useful. Not necessarily for me but I know this will work for others. Thank you to the publisher for the advance reader in exchange for my honest review.

As a single mom that works full time and has an autoimmune disorder, I try to watch my diet but find it can be difficult to have the time to create healthy meals. This cookbook includes a ton of different types of recipes so even if one isn't your taste, there's always something else to try that you may enjoy better.

Good cookbook on using Instant Pot and anti-inflammatory foods. The intro was good. I am going to try to slowly ease my way into this book. My body would appreciate more healing foods, but my taste buds disagree and my 5 year says “yuck!” I found a few recipes that I like so far, but some others have weird ingredients. So far, the muffins are good, the chili, applesauce from scratch!, granola bars, spaghetti squash, chicken tenders, and all of the dessert crisps! (I would actually suggest starting at the desserts!!)
