This book brought the steam and a variety of stories! If this genre is up your alley you will love this collection of short stories! I love the short stories all by different authors.

5/5 - this is an excellent group of erotica stories.

Each story offers something different. From politicians, art lovers, porn stars addiction, and even a mermaid, they all stimulate the senses.

My favorite submissions were:

If By Ocean by Loretta Black

These two stories had something extra that made me want to read even more about the characters.

I received an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review. I have been reading these for the past 20 years and they just keep getting better and better. Very inclusive and progressive, while still titillating. Explored all parts of a woman sexuality without anything that feels expliotative was or anti-woman at its heart. Keep them coming!

Wow. Well this book delivers on the erotic promise, that’s for sure. A diverse collection of erotic short stories... I’d guess there’s at least one for everyone.

Does what it says on the tin basically

A collection of a variety of sexy short stories, some better than others depending on your point of view.

Written by women for women which is a nice change actually

This volume of erotica contained short stories with fantasy, bdsm, mermaids, underage girl fantasies, sex workers and many more. There are a variety of stories the common theme seemed to be control or relinquishing control in one way or another. Some stories will challenge your ideas of sex and passion, while others may see you simply skipping through the pages for the naughty bits. Trigger warning, there is one story that delves into sex with an underaged person, albeit fantasy.

I just read Three Women from Tadeo about women´s desire and was really curious about what the "best women´s erotica of the year" looked like.

In this book, 5 female authors were challenged to write erotica, without any restrains. And the variety is an interesting point.

It was fun to read different genres like sci-fi and fantasy, a first for me in romance/erotic. Also, different sexual preferences, however not so many as I would wish, since a lot of authors went for BDSM. BDSM seems to have become the "let´s spice things up", but in a lazy way.

I found the most interesting "out of the box" to be the stories with sex workers, swingers, threesome, and some characters from diverse groups.

To be honest, to me, the all dominant-alpha-male-rich-model-looking kind of story seems old. And there were quite a few of those.

Still, for me it was a novelty and a fast read that I enjoyed.

I like reading erotic stories, but this collection of very short stories really wasn’t all that great, entertaining, or erotic. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

As usual there are some stories which are better, some are forgettable, some other I will remember. Unluckily I do not think that short stories are the perfect fit for erotica, but this is just my problem, maybe due to the fact that I do not know enough about the characters involved.

Come al solito ci sono alcune storie che sono carine, altre dimenticabili, altre ancora me le ricorderò per un pezzo e per varie ragioni. Sfortunatamente peró, le storie brevi non vanno secondo me troppo d'accordo con la narrativa erotica, ma questo nel mio caso potrebbe dipendere dal fatto di non avere abbastanza background sui personaggi coinvolti.

This is exactly what it sounds like: a collection of short erotica, written by a variety of female authors and for a female audience. The quality of the story varies, but there's something for nearly every reader. Some are wildly fanciful, some realistic, but many are very entertaining.
