🔸 First, I must apologize to the author for taking so long to read and review this book. I meant to read it quite a while ago, but never got to it.

🔸 That said, I’m glad I have finally read it, because it was quite good! The writing is fantastic and easy to read. The romance is believable and sweet. The terrorist situation was scary and very similar to various attacks innocent people around the world experience all too regularly nowadays. It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions.

🔸 The characterizations were great. I engaged immediately with the two main characters – high school seniors Olivia and Ethan. They were very well-written, and the secondary characters were too.

🔸 I was a little disappointed with the ending, but mainly because I was hoping for a different outcome. The ending was ultimately heartbreaking, but very realistic.

🔸 This book is full of love, joy, anger, heartbreak, fear, loss, secrets, and forgiveness. It is multi-layered and worth a read.

Thank you @NetGalley and Dog Ear Publishing for an eARC of this book, which I have reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

I had enjoyed this book, it amkes you think about why people would be part of terrorist attacks. But overall I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone. It will make you cry from the loss of a loved one. It is ready for purchase for everyone who wants to read this book.
