A love triangle filled with mystery and intrigue that is absolutely addictive. You’ll never want to put it down since you are absolutely desperate to find out what happens next. So excited to read the second part of this series.

5 OFF THE CHART STARS for Shameless ( Sinful Surrender Quartet #4 )

ARC received from Netgalley & author in exchange for an honest review. Opinions expressed are my own & have not been influenced in any way.

This book is NOT a standalone & I highly recommend reading this series in the following order:

Sinful
Sensuous
Scandalous
& then this title Shameless ...

Without giving anything away I am so ecstatic that the author tied up every single loose end in Shameless. I also have to say this series are top read(s) for me of all time. It's a new to me genre M/F/M & to be honest with each book I was so hoping the author would not make the heroine ( Belle ) choose between Xander & Alex ( aka Sin = Alex Sinclair ) She did choose a relationship with both for love & their collective HEA.

Shameless does pick up the story line when Belle has returned from being kidnapped. It's just not possible for her to deal with everything that has happened - so rather than be forced to make a choice she flees & hides out for several months trying to come to terms with her life. I loved that Xander &
Sin give her some time to heal mentally & physically - then go after her. It's not until they do that Belle realizes they were never forcing her to choose between them & all they ask is that she comes back into their lives to see if they can make a relationship work between them.

There is so much going on in the plot of this series ... we finally learn who killed Belle's parents & Xander's father - also "why" they were killed ... Renee is still out there as well & becomes a threat to Belle ...

This book was one that I had to physically refrain from going to the end - I never do that but I was on edge reading this book. The entire series is so well written & Ms Hawthorne has you on the edge of your seat at times ...

You will come to love these characters & not want the books or series to end.

Highly recommend this book & author !!

5 STARS does not do this entire series justice.

The final book in The Sinful Surrender Quartet so I won't give anything away. Suffice to say it was an enjoyable read.

This was a roller coaster of a series for me. At times I was left confused as to which part of the story I liked more...the relationship/sex or the suspense. I never felt a real connection to the characters but I kept reading to see where this would go.
Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher and author for this ARC.

4.5 Stars Steamy, and Suspenseful!

This is the fourth book in the Sinful Surrender Quartet, and the conclusion of Xander, Sin, and Belle's story. This book continues the intense roller coaster ride, of secrets, lies, and betrayal, with twists, and turns right up to the end. The characters are very well written, they have an combustible chemistry, that explodes from the pages. This was an amazing read, this book was intense, suspenseful, mysterious, dramatic, gripping, passionate, emotional, and steamy! I highly recommend this book, and series. 4.5 Stars

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I received a complimentary copy of Shameless from NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Belle's life could not be any more complicated! She has the drama of two beaus, the danger of hidden foes, and her own demons to expose. Sin and Xander are heads and tails of the same coin, but Belle is lady luck incarnate to have won both of their hearts. This novel may have been the best in the series...but it is so hard to choose! Reading this quartet has been a guilty pleasure for me for sure. Great series!!

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC.

Just finished the last story in this four book series and it has been such an exciting, enjoyable read.

A thrilling, sexily erotic, story of love, danger and intrigue. Told in a very well written way, with a strong plot that never fails to entertain.

We want more please.

An author to watch out for!

Finally, things are coming to an end. The crime and suspense are escalating but we finally get some closure. It was an intense read but like in 3rd book it seems like it was stretching way more. It should have ended earlier.
I liked that the main characters finally matured enough to get over their differences and we get some hot menage scenes from it.
The crime seemed a bit unrealistic with Renee being such a mastermind and the final ending wasn' cathartic.
Overall it was a good series but I think it should end earlier.

I wasn't so sure this series is for me. I was optimistic after reading the summary, also because I like the author. I just could not get through this.

This has definitely been a wild ride start to finish, and while I *really* wanted to like this final installment as much as the first three, I have to admit that for me this was the weakest in the bunch. If I'm going to be honest this one just dragged for me and I'm not really sure why. The central romance is as hot as ever and the confounding twists and turns to the mystery are finally mostly explained but I still feel like I have a few questions. Part of that may be my fault as I really had to force myself to finish the last third of the book.

Taken as a whole, even though I was somewhat disappointed with this last outing I was impressed with the majority of the storyline and the quality of the writing. A few quibbles with editing but just the fact that there was actually a story behind the menage and it wasn't just a token story surrounding the sexual aspects was great. I definitely look forward to reading more by this author in the future!

Thank you to Netgalley and BooksGoSocial for the opportunity to R&R!

I’m really glad I got to read the whole series. This was a tail spinning, romantic, and suspense filled book. From the get go you are curious about who she would choose or if she would walk away. I’m really glad that when it came down to it in the end she did what was best for her and not everyone else. Take a stand girl, after solving her parents murders she has to take down the town too. This author really knows how to keep you on your toes. She also write some very intense sex scenes that keeps you coming back for more.

I received this book for an honest review.

This is the completion of Belle, Xander, and Sins story. It’s best to read the first 3 to understand the dynamics behind the story. Belle is running from love. But not just 1 mans love but 2. She’s also being set up to die! Can Xander and Sin save her? The story tells all!

I read this book as an arc from NetGalley

This is the fourth and final book in the series and I could not wait for the explosive ending!

The action still continues in this book and I have to say that this is an excellent series of books and you will not be disappointed, this is a series that has to be read in order, you can't just start part way though the series as if you do you will be missing out on a lot of content and the underlying themes that run through the series.

The characters are excellent and this one was the perfect ending for me.

I loved them all and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I received this as an eARC to read for free in exchange for my honest review. Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for giving me access.

I made it. Finally finished this series. We have the trio back together and are thrusted into a series of events that leave us questioning everything. I wouldn't consider this a great romance or a great suspense. Was it mediocre in both departments.

I was still left feeling that Hawthorne left out key details and skipped descriptive things at times. The story was enjoyable to make me want to finish, but it was just missing something.

Finally! The last part of the Sinful Surrender Quartet. What a ride! Katherine Hawthorne has done an outstanding job in creating yet another part full of suspense and plot twists. Just when I thought I knew who the bad guy was, the story changed direction and I was caught off guard by another suspect.
Of course, the steaming hot, melt your panties scenes with the big bad alpha males made other parts of my body also very happy. But the intense drama, the fear for the lives of Sin, Xander and Belle are awesome and keep you pushing to read on, well past midnight. And then there is the mysterious Knight. Who is he???
In this final part, the different parts of the puzzle will be revealed. And you will finally know whether Belle will chose for her Heaven or for her Hell. Five out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc. I will be looking out for more series of Katherine. Thank you for this wonderful series.

Great ending to a stellar series

The romance between Sin, Xander and Belle has been almost as complicated as the series of crimes they have been involved in or investigating throughout these books. Just when you think they have everything wrapped up, something else happens. Of course, the crimes are involving human trafficking, and there are always more even if one is solved. But the the author was able to transition from one crime to another throughout the series and tie them all together very nicely.

At the start of this book, Belle had left both Xander and Sin because she couldn’t choose one of them and so she decided to choose neither. However each of them thought that she chose the other and were separately torturing themselves with the thought that she was with the other. It isn’t until something happens with Xander that they finally get together and figure out she left both of them.

Like the other three books, this one has a ton of action, mystery and suspense. Sin’s two brothers Rafe and Kade played big roles in this book. Cade is Belle’s “Knight”, so named because he first introduced himself as her “Knight in shining armor”. He has been watching over her throughout these books and helped her to get away with the promise not to tell where she was. But he watches her through cameras to check that she is alright. They don’t have any sort of romantic relationship but he is sort of like a big brother to here. Sin was unaware until the end of book 3, that his brother knew Belle or vice versa.

I really liked how this book flowed and I was really surprised at a few points. I love books that are unpredictable and keep you on your toes. I won’t spoil anything but I really liked how it ended and I hope the author Katherine Hawthorne’s next book is about Kade and has these characters in it also. Rafe is just as interesting as he is an FBI agent, so a book about him would be good also. Whatever her next book is about, I plan on reading it!

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
