I can only base this on the introduction as the rest of the book was not in the digital copy I received. But I'm so happy that there is now a book out there about Greta.

This is such a great book. I loved every minute of it. I have been following Greta for a while now and to see her full story in one book is amazing. I have so much respect for that inspiring young girl. Do not underestimate her power. With this natural crisis, which I worry about a lot, it is helpful to see it all in one place. More people should read this

As someone who's husband works in the field of climate science (and has done for over 30 years) the science of climate change has been relevant in my life for a long time and this book was a real treat in that it mentioned so much of the worldwide research and so many of the worldwide initiatives to help reverse the damage.

The book managed to explore a lot of issues in an accessible way, with a great glossary at the end, and also managed to make points without being too scary, preachy or didactic- no mean feat in this field.

My one niggles was with the tense used to talk about Greta - it made her seem like a very old person, a historical figure or at worse as someone no longer with us. This was a little jarring and I hope that the book isn't seen as being too late and shrugged off by people saying that there's no point in trying...

A short, very informative book educating us about the need for each of us to do something positive toward preserving our planet. It begins by telling about Greta, the young Swedish girl that began demonstrating/lobbying for efforts for all of us to save our world resources, & goes on to inform on many topics including recycling, plastics, food consumption, water, waste, climate change, etc. It's written so it's all very easily understood, very good for young & older readers. This applies to every one of us on this planet!

Up until I heard how hard Greta worked to get to New York without flying, I had never heard of her. This book explains her background, as well as ways to fight climate change, big and small.

Since we have only about 12 years before climate change is irreversible, this is a very timely book.

Well written, with examples of what to do, as well as what has to happen, and what has happened.

Highly recommended.

This book at its core is about Greta Thunberg, a young girl from Sweden who started a climate change revolution. It includes useful and practical advice as to how you can reduce your impact on carbon emissions, as well as easy to digest science.
It is suitable for children and adults alike and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about global warming.

My only slight issue is that I don't feel like I learnt too much, this isn't the book's fault- I think what it said was important, but I wished it had some more substance to it at times.

We must "swap fear for action." The heart of this book is Greta who learns about the environment and wants to educate others on the Climate Crisis. The facts are clear and it has never seemed more dire for the whole world to act now to save us all!

A nice length for all audiences, and a good way to introduce kids to the issues of climate change. Definitely a good place to start when teaching kids about the environment.
