Finally a book about endo! It’s a topic I’m slowly learning about. So far this contained the most information and solutions. A must read book for anyone dealing with this issue! I hope this book will be featured in women’s magazines because more people need to know about this.

This is one of the only books I have found on an endometriosis diet. From everything I have read it is had to pin down exactly what food will trigger a flare and that is why there has been reluctance to set forth an actual diet. This book covers all of the triggers that I have heard about and would be a great place to start as you are figuring out how to deal with your endo. The book is simple and straightforward and easy to follow. I like that there is a growing awareness of endometriosis.
