This is a great addition to the Crazy in Love series. Willow is having a really tough time, she is holding down two jobs, just out of a bad long term relationship, and taking care of her depressed mother. Her part-time job is in a coffee shop where Trey frequents. From the first time the successful tech entrepreneur laid eyes on Willow, he was smitten. After months of asking her out, and being rejected, Willow finally says yes to a weekend as his date to his best friend’s wedding. Things are going great until Willow’s life crashes around her. Trey is the perfect guy, smart, kind, loyal, rich and handsome. Willow is a great person who is just hanging on by a thread, and needs a nice patient guy like Trey. Together, they are a really likable couple. I was given an ARC of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.

Loved this book! I’ve read the books with the same characters and loved each and every one. Stacey knows how to create a story that lures you in and keeps you turning the page even when you should go to bed!!! I love when one book can take you through a rainbow of emotions and this one definitely did !

Well she did it again! Another lovely tale. I really enjoy have persistent he was with her. And then he supported her when she felt like she had nothing and no one else and for that matter, pushed him away! Mental illness is a really big issue now days and the author wrote about with sensitivity that is hard to find. The friendships these people have are strong and important, too important to lose. And I love how much they support one another through all their endeavors .

I received this for an honest review from NetGalley.

Willow is a freelance editor who is working a second job in a coffee shop in order to help support her mother who she believes is suffering from depression. Will moved in with her mother, who recently separated from Willow’s father, after her boyfriend of five years broke up with her out of the blue. Willow feels like she is struggling to find herself again, while also trying to help her mother overcome a crippling depression.

Trey is a millionaire who visits the coffee shop in the building which houses his penthouse condo on a daily basis. He was instantly attracted to Willow from the first time he saw her. He has been asking her out for months however, much to his surprise, she has declined each time. Despite, this he feels a connection and keeps trying. He finally tempts her to say yes with the promise of a long weekend at the beach. They become close quickly, but the weekend ends early when she is notified of her mother’s suicide attempt.

Can a woman with major trust and desertion issues overcome those issues and find happiness with a man who is perfect for her?

This was a good romance with a surprising amount of emotion in it. It also touches on some mental health issues and is dealt with very well. Overall I really enjoyed it. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

This is Willow and Trey book, Willow is fresh out of a long-term relationship working two jobs and caring for her mother, whose husband left her with nothing but a pile of bills and fresh heartache! So Willow makes a Val no men until she figures out her own life! But while she may not need a man she definitely could use a break and a weekend away to California to clear her head definitely that sounds appealing! That offer comes from that sexy man who is irresistible and a millionaire on top of it who visits her coffee shop every morning like clockwork, and needs a date for his best friends wedding! Once the weekend begins Trey is intent on proving how good they can be together! Willow is even Tempted to break her Vow of not needing a man! Until reality steps in and reminds Willow why there was a vow to begin with! But Trey is Used to getting what he wants! This book was really good I definitely enjoyed reading this one! this book touched my heart at the end also! I liked this whole series and highly recommend reading it! Thank you Netgalley and the publishers for sharing this book with me!
