Nothing ground-breaking as the tips are very basic e.g. dim your lights and use essential oils, but it's a quaint and quick read.

This book is super cute and I enjoyed it. It is a fun break and an easy way to help turn off those random thoughts that keep you up. I received this book from NetGalley for an honest review. I think it would make a fun stocking stuffer for all the busy people in your life.

Really really good, such a cute and clever concept. I love the sheep theme and how they keep multiplying with every page you turn, you can literally count sheep to fall asleep with this book. The simple and relaxing puzzles are a great idea but I think it could do with a few more. The illustrations are fun and I also like the quotes and tips. This book would make a great gift.
