What I like most about Passion Punch was the chemistry between April ad Jonas. I love the suspense part of the story and I like the story line. I like the characters. April is so driven to be her own person and I like that... a lot. I also like Jonas and feel that his drama / history with April's dad really helps to make the book what it is.

It's been a while since I've read the others in the series , they can be stand alone but i suggest reading them all! I definitely recommend reading this book and series! It's well worth the read! Thank you Netgalley and the publishers for sharing this book with me!

I invented a new genre just for these books: Romance-Action-Adventure. This one wasn't filled with the Action-Adventure like the last two books were, but the hot romance was there and I loved watching April and Jonas, from the previous books, develop, come to terms with their childhoods and find their HEA. Don't get me wrong, there was plenty of action and adventure so you adrenaline junkies, like me, should be well satisfied. It is highly recommended that you read the first two books as Jonas' brothers, the heroes of the first books, have major roles in this book.

April Linus had known for a long time that her dad was a baddie, but, he was the only parent she had and she loved him. When she got pregnant at nineteen and dad was determined for her not to keep the baby, she split. Lucky for April she has good friends to help and support her since she had no idea where the baby's father was or even if he cared she had gotten pregnant. Four years later her friends are in deep trouble with the Miami Mafia and need fifty thousand dollars, fast. To repay her debt to them she goes to her father for the money, but nothing with Philip Linus is ever without conditions. April and Archie move back to Casa Linus and April comes face to face with Jonas, her baby's father. It doesn't take Jonas long to figure out that Archie is his and he's not happy about it.

Jonas Ostergaard is an undercover operative of the Black Ops variety. He was pulled from the Linus arms dealing operation five years ago and sent to Siberia to bust an international human trafficking ring. Now, he's been reinserted this Linus to stop the sale of a highly destructive and stealth weapon. Seeing April again and finding out about Archie has Jonas distracted from his mission and trying to ignore the feelings he has, and certainly doesn't want, for her.

When Linus packs everyone off to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Jonas knows the auction for the weapon in imminent. He has to get the weapon and get out, but April insists on coming with him. As they race through the jungle Jonas knows that to protect April and Archie he can have nothing to do with their lives, but April proves hard to leave behind.
