Thank you to the author and to the publisher for this ARC for review . I quite enjoyed this book and the process the author followed for building our self esteem and confidence . I loved that the author shared her story difficulties and all . I appreciate that the author approaches accepting change with dignity and embracing our lives with courage. I found it very enlightening and very refreshingly honest and helpful. This is not your usual self help book, its so much more about rebuilding ourselves from the inside and therefore improving our lives. Thank you to the author for this excellent book that I will treasure as part of my own journey to self confidence .

An interesting book that was open and honest. I found that it came up with many new ideas of how to look at your life rather than the usual bland options in other self-help books. On the negative side, I felt that the author was imposing herself and her own story to strongly, which spoilt my enjoyment of the book.

Inspiring, daring and heartwarming. Everything that this type of book should be and then some. I loved every minute of it. 5/5 stars

I was a bit disappointed with this book as it was all about self esteem and the authors own stories and methods of fighting back. I was hoping it would be more tied into to yoga and would include the poses as part of the exercises. It would have been good to see more yoga pictures rather than repeats of the sea. However the author writes with honesty and compassion and the book is easy to read, I think there will be lots of people who will love this book in its current format and I am sure it will help many people. I t was just not for me. But thank you and good luck
