This was a very well written book, from beginning to end, and I am very privileged to have read the ARC thereof. Recommended.

I received zHer Last Secret by Kane, free, from Net Gallery in exchange for an honest review.
Jordan Radcliff is found murdered, and her boyfriends fingerprints are found on the knife
Is it an open and shut case or is there more than meets the eye.
Jordan is no innocent woman because she has a lot of secrets in her past.
Jordan’s estranged father also believes the boyfriend didn’t do it, but he hasn’t seen Jordan in 3 years, so he doesn’t know what to think.
Will the real truth ever be found out
A very interesting psychological thriller

This book was fast paced. Hard to put down. It flowed well and it was very well written. It caught hold of me and had me hooked from the start . I was literally on the edge of my seat reading this book.

Thank you to NetGalley, HQ Digital, and P.L. Lane for an ARC of 'Her Last Secret' in exchange for and honest and voluntary review. I wish to thank the author for her extraordinary time and effort in writing this story.

The story had an intriguing start even though I had a few misgivings due to numerous story arcs starting up, sputtering for a bit, and then screeching to a dead stop: Jake & Jules; Matt & Katherine; Jake and Sam; Jules & Greg. In the end, a lot of story threads—as told by too many POVs—were left dangling.

However, as nettlesome as that had become, once the mystery of Jordan's death began to unfold, the plot just went off the rails. The point of no return was when this assumed family drama veered off the beaten path, turning in on itself and becoming a comic book action thriller with the introduction of the Mayor of Redmarket (or Gotham?). I had no idea what I just read and am sorry to say I did not enjoy this story in the least.
