Hard to follow and get into for me. I know that some will love it and it is likely to be purchased by my organization.

I had originally requested this book from NetGalley but didn't realize that the archive date was so soon so I missed the window to read it. But it intrigued me enough that I looked for it later and am glad I did. While older sister Wendy is getting ready to go to her first big dance with her boyfriend, younger sister Maureen is bouncing around... pretty much everyplace.
This whole series really focuses on the love between sisters, even when one is much older than the other. They annoy each other, try to outsmart each other, enjoy each other, and ultimately have each other's backs in a tight spot.

Prior familiarity with this series is unnecessary, as the plot is minimal. I found the art mostly cheerful and child-friendly, but there were occasional representations that were suddenly and surprisingly sexual in a manner that while not obscene, seemed very out of place with the rest of the tone of the book.

This graphic novel was adorable! The artwork was colorful and sweet. I like the panels display as well. The relationship between these sisters was so humorous and relatable, they had me laughing so much! I thought the time progressed well and the bond between sisters was explained superbly. Thank you for this arc! 5 stars ⭐️ 🤩
