I really like Sibley. She is so strong and independent. I like that she knows what she wants and goes for it. I like that she is fearless and does what she can to keep Leo safe. I like Leo. He needs a little more self confidence and he goes out and gets it. I like the mystery. I like the action. Sibley has great friends and a great family. Leo also has good friends and family. I like the backstory. It is unique.

An interesting mix of innocence and shy sweetness; well at least at first. Leo is so crazy about Sibley right from the start. He's so crazy about her that so many different times he acts kind of crazy. No, not dangerous crazy but more like self-sabotaging crazy. He feels like he just can't offer Sibley the kind of life that she so deserves. As the story unfolds it easier to understand where those fears are coming from. And there are some legitimate reasons.
Sibley, has had her eye on Leo for quite some time. And that was before he went to California on a job and his image was transformed. Sibley was beginning to despair of ever really getting him really interested in her. She just didn't realize how he already felt. There were a lot of mixed messages going on. Even after they moved on in their connection there were more times when their messages got mixed.
Leo was trying to keep Sibley out of the danger that was surrounding him. The "bad man" was dangerous but also clever and ruthless. He keeps things stirred up as he runs circles around law enforcement.
This story had some interesting secondary people in the book. That includes the main characters best friends, Gunnar and Ase.
There are surprises coming up as the story works towards the end. I have to say the language twist was something I was NOT expecting. You'll have to read the book to figure that one out.
I will say that I liked some parts of the story more than other parts. Some of it did slow the story down but overall I did like it.
Epilogue was well done. It tied up more ends of the story with it's look into the future too.

This book was it! I am absolutely thrilled with this sweet story! I found myself falling in love with the characters myself! I would recommend reading this on a snowy day or hot summer beach day. I am aware that this is a series and "Saving Him" is the second. I personal didn't have time to read the first before this, but I am sure that it will be just as good as this. But I didn't have a hard time grasping the characters backgrounds. I usually don't read full series so it worked out nicely. But after reading this if a third book is released I will be first to get myself a copy as well as the first. If you are looking for sweet and steamy read, this right up your alley!

Let me just say I love crime novels and i love romance so mixing the to was a plus plus for me. I really reall enjoyed this book. I think I just found my favorite romance author. Never thought I'd be saying that but the way she writes it's like magic. It brings you on a journeyof not just love but also the struggles and development and success of having a job. I really enjoyed that aspect of her incorporating other languages in her books and just learning about different cultures and their tradition. Great work I'm really looking forward to reading more from this author.

Loved this book, the story of Leo and Sibley. They have met through friends, and get closer when he is under threat and ends up staying with Sibley. He doesn't want her in danger, but it is clear she can stand up for herself, and for him.

Their Greek mothers were fantastic charcters too.

A quick and fast paced read.

Looking forward to the other books in this series.

Saving him.. .. is a fast paced romance, suspense, thriller, family drama all rolled into one.
Sibley and Leo , the main protagonists fall in love. Thereafter starts a tale of hide n seek with the bad guys . This is followed by a family and wedding drama ( also lots of hot scenes thrown in for good measure) .
It’s a no nonsense , no frills, complete entertainment package .. a fairly quick read. But I just wish the characters had been given a little more depth .
