Snug is exactly what it says on the tin, a collection of comics about dating your best friend. It is at time funny and at times adorable with a few highly relatable comics about those annoying things that your partner does.

I really enjoyed reading these comics and wished that there had been more to enjoy. I will definitely be seeking out more from Catana Comics in the future.

Snug: A Collection of Comics about Dating Your Best Friend is the adorable, sophomore comic collection by Catana Chetwynd. Inspired by her own relationship with her boyfriend, each strip is a funny, relatable glance into life when you are in love with your best friend.

Heartwarming and sweet, I found myself laughing and smiling to myself as I was reminded of my own experiences — telling each other you’ll diet after one more pizza night, fighting over the covers, being “upset” when plans are canceled due to inclement weather and you have to stay in.

There were only a handful of strips I didn’t find as funny, and I know this is because I just couldn’t relate to the illustrated situation. Snug was still a wonderful collection, and would make a sweet and funny gift for a significant other!

Thank you #NetGalley, for the free eARC in exchange for an honest review.

This collection of comics has some really funny and often realistic entries that make you either laugh out loud or go "hey, that's me!" Mixed in are saccharine comics that unless you are in a relationship, you either don't get or appreciate.
Overall, this a nice collection of Catana Chetwynd's works.

RATING: 4/5 STARS

This collection of comics is adorable - Catana and John's quirky dialogue and mini adventures will put a smile on your face. The art is simple with clean lines and a unique style. I read an electronic form but I'm sure the print form will be beautiful. I recommend this if you're looking for bite-sized cuteness!

A sincere thanks to Andrews McMeel Publishing for providing an advanced reading copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Snug was the most absolutely adorable comic I have read. I didn't have very high expectations, but even just a few pages in, I knew I was going to adore the book. I found it heartwarming and sweet, as well as really funny. I admit it was cheesy, but I'd be lying if i said i wasn't smiling through the whole thing. This would be such a cute gift to get for the person you're dating, as it is super relatable.

I've been seeing Catana's art a lot in different platforms, and I have loved a lot of the comic strips I've seen so when I saw there was an ARC of her newest book on Netgalley I had to ask for it. Snug is great book filled with cute comic strips that depict every day moments that I'm sure a lot of couples have experienced. I really loved a lot of the illustrations.

Snug was the cutest graphic novel a true introvert love story if you will.
Every page was relatable to me and my relationship with my husband.
The graphics were adorable and oh so relatable for us.
I was a big fan of the closeness of the characters truly wanting to be snug together as the title suggests.
I think it shows in a healthy relationship you can be comfortable together and secure with your partner.
This was a quick read that I could see being a fun anniversary or Valentine's present for book lovers.

I love Catana Chetwynd's comics. I've read lots of her comics individually on line and I read her first book as well. This was another great collection of some really cute comics about her and her husband.

Cute and relatable, especially the ones about snuggling and food. Happy to read these in a book, not just in pieces online.

I am super thrilled that this was my first NetGalley ARC! I really enjoyed Catana's first book and this one certainly met the mark; I actually laughed out loud at several panes. Catana maintains her signature illustration style and conveys so much with so few words. Super sweet, warm, and fuzzy, this collection of comics is sure to be relatable to many.

John and Catana are basically my fiance and I except fiance is not a beardy-face. I love these comics and this is a great collection, it had several I had never seen before!

I don’t normally read comics. This is super cute and relatable. The author touches on things most couples experience. I enjoyed this comic. I received a copy from Netgalley for my honest opinion.

This book collects together comics from the Catana Comics series, which are comics about the daily life of a couple. I enjoy these comics because they're cute and relatable. Many of the comics are just images with no words, and I really enjoy how they tell a story. I wish there had been more new comics for the book, but it was still a fun read.

I have been a fan on these comics for a while now and frequently read them online so I was so excited to see that they had been made into a book. They are so sweet and easy to relate too and I found myself laughing out loud several times and smiling the whole time I read it.

This is a lovely collection of comics about the author, Catana, and her boyfriend, John. She illustrates in such a cute and funny way their daily life as a couple.
Quite a cozy reading 😊.

I must confess that I can't help feeling identified with some of them.

3.5 Stars. There are some really great ones in here that I could relate to a lot and wanted to share, but overall I didn't like this as much as I have other comics.

I have been seeing the comics online for years and I have always loved them and I was really excited to see a whole book of them. And this did not disappoint! All the comics are cute, funny, or freakishly accurate. If you are introverted, in a relationship, or nerdy I think you will probably find something in here that you love.

As someone who grew up reading the Saturday comics with my family, I really enjoy a well-written and well-drawn comic. This book definitely did not disappoint! I enjoy Catana's illustrating style and her sense of humor. I suppose I just very much enjoy such a cute and genuine representation of what it's like to be in a relationship with your best friend (especially since I just married mine a bit under five months ago)!

I definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys genuine comics! I cannot wait to see what else this author may publish in the future.
