This was a very clearly written book that I can see my middle school students reading (if possible, there are certain topics covered in the book that I am not sure would be ok). The experience Franci talks about is unlike many other survivor accounts of the Holocaust. It was interesting to see the perspective of the Czech Jews during the Holocaust and how the women had quite a different experience than those prisoners at the Concentration Camps.
