This is a more modern and thoughtful version of 'what to expect" in that it addresses the sheer ton of decisions parents are asked to make the moment they have a positive pregnancy test. It addresses concerns like pelvic floor, delivery preference, how to choose your OB, what baby stuff you really need, etc. I wish I had this when I first started procreating and would recommend it to most 1st time parents.

This practical book is a great guide and resource for pregnancy and postpartum. It's full of helpful and essential tips and ideas to help any future mother and father. I highly recommend it.
