Due to a sudden, unexpected passing in the family a few years ago and another more recently and my subsequent (mental) health issues stemming from that, I was unable to download this book in time to review it before it was archived as I did not visit this site for several years after the bereavements. This meant I didn't read or venture onto netgalley for years as not only did it remind me of that person as they shared my passion for reading, but I also struggled to maintain interest in anything due to overwhelming depression. I was therefore unable to download this title in time and so I couldn't give a review as it wasn't successfully acquired before it was archived. The second issue that has happened with some of my other books is that I had them downloaded to one particular device and said device is now defunct, so I have no access to those books anymore, sadly.

This means I can't leave an accurate reflection of my feelings towards the book as I am unable to read it now and so I am leaving a message of explanation instead. I am now back to reading and reviewing full time as once considerable time had passed I have found that books have been helping me significantly in terms of my mindset and mental health - this was after having no interest in anything for quite a number of years after the passings. Anything requested and approved will be read and a review written and posted to Amazon (where I am a Hall of Famer & Top Reviewer), Goodreads (where I have several thousand friends and the same amount who follow my reviews) and Waterstones (or Barnes & Noble if the publisher is American based). Thank you for the opportunity and apologies for the inconvenience.

It is a wonderful book. I loved reading it. There are so many things going on in our minds and we don't even know about it. We hold grudges against people and keep thinking out it and then create their negative image about them. After reading this book I realized that I am actually do this. This book gives advice and techniques to remove negative thoughts from our mind and make room for the positive ones. If our mind is in right place we can make right decisions.
The best part is the book is short and concise else sometimes books become dry, repetitive and boring for a reader.

This is a quick, information, straight forward and easy to understand book to read. The author takes some of the most common things we hear about how to change our thinking and improve our quality of life and gives it to you in a one stop shop. These things include being aware of our negative thinking, shifting our mindset to alter the way we think, adding in more positive, spending time with positive thinking people, gratitude and much more. We really need to be aware of how we think in order to make better decisions, feel better about ourselves and live the lives we want to live. Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for a copy to read in exchange for an honest review.

This was a quick and engaging read that I know I will come back to again and again. Most books in this genre do a fair bit of waffling and far too much repetition for me, which is what sets this book apart. There is enough theory to support the text but not so much that it affects accessibility or readability. I would definitely read more from this author!

is a brief summary of how to think more clearly by giving several strategies. It states nothing new but it is good to read the obvious in short, clear form to be reminded to apply these strategies more often.

Very good! This is a small book, but that's a good thing, as you can read it all without getting bored and learn a lot in a short time. There's nothing really new, and there a several similar books, but this one is easy to understand, and it will teach you skills. I especially liked that it's not all about attitude, but that it's important to keep doing smart things, as well.

Some interesting tidbits in here but it's all very surface level, reflected in how short this is. I finished it in less than 20 minutes! Did you know you can make better decisions by being emotionally involved in the decision??

Thinking was a very informative book. It helps the reader understand their thought process more and gives ways to better understand the thought process and even work through different thoughts.

This was a very short book and a super easy read! I learned a lot while reading it and did the different strategies as I read. I will continue to use these strategies too! I highly recommend this book and think it's a great book for high school and college students to read!
