I love this book and the different types of boats! The illustrations really tie everything together and I think it's one kids will want to read over and over again.

This is such a fun playful book all about boats for young ones. Bright bold illustrations. Perfect for any community next to the ocean or, in our case, a great lake!

A bright picture book for toddlers that like boats. All kinds of boats are identified.

This is a cute picture book that toddlers will enjoy over and over. I disagree with the reviewer that indicated the depths of kinds of boats would be too difficult for a toddler. My grandson knows every type of construction vehicle and can name them from a similar type of book and he is 2. Don’t let that review dissuade you from getting this book for your child.

I received an ARC from Sasquatch Books/Little Bigfoot Publishing through NetGalley. This in no way affects my opinion or rating of this book. I am voluntarily submitting this review and am under no obligation to do so.

Kids will like this rhyming book and be happy to express their joy as they discover the many types of boats that this simple, short book contains. The book introduces boats in a variety of shapes and forms and the selection will certainly increase vocabulary skills when the book is read again and again.

"Go, Boats, Go!" is from the author of "Go, Bikes, Go!" and the series "In Motion!" It is a true celebration of Pacific Northwest boating and marine culture with a focus on recreational watercraft and working boats that are popular in that region.

"Go, Boats, Go!" sports colourful, playful and active illustrations depicting diverse families implementing their own personal choice of boats. I feel though that the age level is target is too young. The font size and placement of the words and illustrations are not ideal for that age particular age group. My opinion is that the book would be more suitable for an older audience. Perhaps it would suit a beginning reader or a primary-aged child who might be doing a short project on boats. Just my thoughts. However there is a lot to be learned from the variety of boats and I do like the board book format which is perfect for PS-K kids.
