I received an ARC from Tomas Nelson, via NetGalley. This review is my personal opinion.

I must say I was not familiar with Jennifer LeClaire Ministries, this is my first time reading one her book. And I must say. Wow!. From the first moment, I open the book and she starts telling about her testimony and all that God has done in her life. I feel compelled to pay attention to the book. In each chapter, Jennifer LeClaire takes us on a journey that means to walk on prophetic destiny. In a few words, what does that mean?. It means to walk according to the plans and purpose God has for each one of us. How we first take by the hand of God we need to discover our gifts and how God wants to use them. That even if we are scared, I must say I truly like the transparency and honesty found in this book. She never says: I was so sure of God's purpose for me. But how even when she was scared.

Decided to believe and trust God. Jennifer LeClaire, tells about the importance of letting go, even when it is painful and the sad consequence of not doing it. Another important theme( one of my favorite) was the importance of developing a character according to God’s character, and that we need to pray for a solid and strong character that takes us through the different moments God take us. I like this, how must not confuse charisma with character. That is important to remember that there is a price to pay, that we need to take in count this before we make lightly promises to God. I like it when she mentions how important is to understand God’s time and to go according to it. How we must not ahead them and slow them down.

On each page of this book, we will not only found helpful and clear information on what means to walk according to God’s will and plan for us. But what we need to do while we are waiting for that purpose occur. It is not about the person, but God’s glory. A can see how Jennifer LeClaire has surrendered her life to God and how where she is and all she has is a clear sign of God’s love and grace. And like she says if he did it we her, can do it with you and me. It takes time, a firm determination to believe above all hope God will guide our steps according to his way and plans for us.

I pray this book could be a blessing to many and I pray that Jennifer LeClaire Ministries continue touching many lives.

This author had a lot of Biblical examples, but she also had a lot of personal examples of how she herself walked in her destiny. I had some trouble with the tone in the beginning where she wrote about all her accomplishments. It came across as irrelevant to someone who doesn't know her, and also a little boastful That was my only problem I had with the book. Once I got past that it had some basic information about the Gifts of the Spirit and how to step into your calling. It's a good book for new Christians who are stepping into their calling in God's kingdom. If you're a season veteran walking in the prophetic you may not get as much as you're hoping to based on the title.

I received this book from netgalley for my honest review.

I've been praying lately, a lot, about my destiny in God's kingdom. My heart has been overwhelmed because I feel like for the last 10 years, I've been sitting in darkness, struggling to find my footing. But this year, I've felt like a new dawn was rising and new hope and new anointing has come and things are rumbling about to come about.

I still don't know exactly what my destiny will look like. I know I love to encourage and exhort. I know I love to love people. And I know I've been through so much and want to share with people, either in small groups or large, how much God is real and how much He loves them and how faith really, really does go a long way.

This book as encouraged me to pray, and spend time in the Word of God and to rely on the fact that HE will make room for my gift and open doors that no man can close and all I have to do is KEEP my eyes on HIM and doing the next right thing.

Really grateful for this book. If you're struggling to find your place in the God's kingdom, this book is a great starting place.

It is very important to know your purpose and calling. God has called many into the five fold ministry. Reading books such as this helps a person discover the gift that God gave to them to share with the body of Christ.
