This was so cute! I love that it had exercises to try before bedtime and explained the astrology or mythology behind constellations. The art was beautiful. All in all a great read.

Very creative and well structured storybook detailing each constellation and it's story. Simple enough for older toddlers with bright illustrations.

This is a delightful book full of beautiful pictures about each constilation of stars in the sky, the story/myth behind it and some breathing and relaxation exercises for your child and yourself to try if they/you wish to. The exercises are mindful and breathing exercises and are very relaxing to do.
This book is very unique and handy to help children relax, use their imagination and provoke thoughts of mindfulness and self/body awareness.
A beautiful book we will be reading again and again.
