Wonderful veggie meal prep cookbook, with recipes you will actually want to use. Bright, clear pictures and straightforward recipes. Great for those just getting started in meal prep and for those who want healthier food while doing so.

Tasty easy to follow recipes with recognizable ingredients.

Many thanks to NetGalley, the author, and the publisher for my ARC. All opinions are my own.

Most of the recipes look fairly easy to make with not too many ingredients. Includes tips on how to reheat, freeze and substitute when applicable. I wish there were more images. I wouldn't use any of the meal plan suggestions but there a few recipes I bookmarked to try soon.

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley.

As I explore the world of vegetarianism, I like to find books like this one that help me see what sort of changes I'll need to make in my daily routine. I like meal prepping as I have a family and I find that it's so helpful to plan ahead. This book was well laid out and very informative.

I mostly liked this book. The recipes sound tasty, and I plan to try some, and there are lots of good tips and tricks to make things easier. The sample meal plans are where it loses me a bit. There are eight themed weeks (M-F), depending on what type of thing you're looking for (i.e., full day, breakfast/lunch/snack, lunch/dinner/snack, etc), and I get that these are just suggestions, but each plan has you prep three meals that you divide up and eat for lunch and dinner for five days. Not a lot of variety for the week. I could do this, but my husband is a big baby about eating leftovers lol! This is a personal issue, not the author's fault, and I didn't take anything off for that. The book is well put together and helpful, but I do wish it had more pictures, and more info on substitutions. I'm totally going to mix up some of the Clean Ranch Seasoning to use on/in everything! The recipes do list number of servings and nutrition information, which I always appreciate.

I know that I should eat more vegetarian meals, and this book has recipes to get me going in that regard. I'm not sure that I'll prep much in advance, though that's just me.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. Many people have decided to go meat free or at least cut their intake of meat. This cookbook will help you prepare vegetarian meals along with what to prchase for each recipe.

A great resource if you're looking for vegetarian meal prep, but it sounds like it takes a lot of time and effort...the recipes sound delicious, so if you want to spend your weekend preparing your next week's lunches instead of just spending the whole time sleeping (as I do), this would be a great resource, for vegetarians or just plain-old fans of veggies.

i don't normally 'read' cookbooks but when i saw this on netgalley, i couldn't resist. i could definitely see myself buying this (i prefer physical copies of cookbooks) and making several of the recipes. i love that this book does all the work for you in pulling together different recipes and making a week's grocery list/meal plan. some of the recipes looked DELISH. i loved all the pictures. i do like when a cookbook has a picture for every recipe, but that's just me, possibly being spoiled by all the recipes on the internet.

the only teeny tiny thing i wish is that this book had something about meal prepping/planning when you're just cooking for one. meal planning and prepping is hard no matter what, i agree, but i do think you have to be a lot more mindful when it's just one person, at least when it comes to waste. no one to come behind you and finish off the produce before it goes bad. but maybe that's just me. i'm always looking for new recipes, especially those with similar main ingredients so that i can buy something and use it multiple times in 1 week.

anyway, i can definitely see myself using some of these recipes, or at least getting ideas from them. highly recommend, would make a great gift!
