I quite enjoyed this book. Keely .is a kick ass character and it was refreshing to have a female character that can take care of herself and is able to lead the men as well. The story was fast paced and had a few twists. There are a few plotlines that I am not sure were resolved

Strong female lead. Check. Hot guy. Check. Drama situation. Check. Action. Check. Dialogue. WTF. I’m not sure about Keely and Ren. Especially Keely, for being so smart- 3 PhD’s- she really missing the mark on social common courtesy. I took me some time to finish as I just couldn’t cagey last some of her choices. If you’re looking for a story that’s out of this world, here ya go.

This is the creepiest book, ew this chick would not only talk about this guy thingamajig in front of her brother, but was comparing it to her brothers because supposedly her brother would just walk around naked, ew ew ew ew, I am sorry but first he shouldn't walk around naked and second turn your face and the worst is why why would you want to compare it..yeah grossed me out and just didn't care for it

Eye of the Storm is the first book in Monette Michaels Security Specialists International series and also my first read by this author. I really wanted to love this book after reading the blurb, but the completely unbelievable storyline made it impossible. Keely is cool as a kick-arse heroine, but her persona is also so far over the top that you just can’t take her seriously. Ren however was a great hero, and very likeable throughout the book. I did find their sexual differences unnecessary (did Kelly really need to be a Virgin?) and Keely’s sexual openness with her brothers (especially since she was a Virgin prior to Ren) was disconcerting. This isn’t a bad story, it’s just over the top on the believable scale.

This one is perfect for fans of Liliana Hart's Mackenzie Family series and Maya Banks' KGI series! I love Keely and Ren! The chemistry is off the charts. The cast of characters is full of interesting people I can't wait to see more of. The dynamics are great. There is a mystery arc that will span more books while a book specific plot is solved by the end. There's romance, suspense, humor, and lots of action. This is a new author for me who is definitely on my must read list.

1st time reading this author! Won’t be the last! Keely is awesome. Raised by a warrior family, She goes to a foreign country to warn her youngest brother of a trap. Fighting her way in , she meets an Alpha male by the name of Ren who might just be the one to keep her out of trouble or can he? Loved loved this story!

Keely Walsh is super smart and kick butt capable. She’s been trained by her Marine dad and military brothers. Ren Maddox is big, bad and totally alpha. These two are combustible. This book is filled with action, adventure and love. I’ll admit to laughing out loud at various points in the story. I look forward to more adventures with Security Specialists International.

I loved Keely, the warrior pixie princess. The dialogue was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing a strong woman, and the men who allowed and appreciated the strength. The play between all characters was exciting and I didn't put it down until I finished it...one sitting! I look forward to other titles as there are easily several spin-offs to be had!
