In Book #3 in the Medlar Mystery series, readers tag along with Sara, Jack, and Kate as they travel to Oxley Manor in England to solve another mystery! Though the reading experience is probably better when you have invested in the characters by starting at the beginning of the series, this was a great mystery. I can totally see this one being a selection for my library's mystery book club. The atmosphere and ambiance of the book was excellent. The mystery was tricky. I enjoyed it!

First of all, I’m a big fan of Jude Deveraux’s books. I was excited to be given an ARC of this book! I haven’t read the two previous books in this series but this book did seem to stand alone. The characters were interesting with their stories and all the twistedness involved. It kept me guessing to the end! I was surprised by the twist at the end too. Definitely recommend!! Thanks to the publisher for the early copy

Thank you to NetGalley and HarperCollins for the opportunity to read and review A Forgotten Murder by Jude Deveraux. This is my fair and honest review.

This is the third book in and series, but I believe if can be read as a stand alone. I have read this authors books in the past, and really enjoyed them. Although this book is well written, for me I just never could get into the book. It seemed to drag on and on, I am normally a fast reader but I kept putting this one down. Having said that I know everyone doesn't enjoy the same things, so I always suggest others read the book for themselves and make their own decisions.

Jude Deveraux shines in this mystery of the past. A Forgotten Murder is solved in the unique way of creating a play bringing the past to the present.

Another Jude Deveraux murder story. I liked it but I did jot love it. I loved her historical romances in the past. They had awesome plots.
This was good but I do miss Deveraux. Old style of writing.

Deveraux delivers another mystery for the trio of Jack, Sara, and Kate to solve. They travel to Oxley Manor where two people disappeared after a gathering and haven't been heard from in over twenty years. They decide to reassemble the group and flush out the killer. The ensemble arrives and the three are working fast to unravel the stories when another death occurs. Romance between Kate and Jack progresses to a point. Some of the story was predictable, but at the end there is a new twist to the plot. I've been reading JD for over thirty five years and enjoy her books.

Thanks to NetGalley for the chance to review this book.

This is the third book in this series but could be read alone. The story line is a familiar one with old English house with secrets, college friends who spend too much time together ,and two missing friends. There were a lot of characters who could be the killer. There were lots of twist and turns and a surprising ending

Thank you to NetGalley and HarperCollins for the opportunity to read and review A Forgotten Murder by Jude Deveraux. The third book in the mystery series of novelist Sara Medlar, we travel to England to help her niece hide out and find a mystery that has been around for decades. Jude Deveraux is a master writer and she captivates me that she is still creating new and intriguing reads after all these years.
A definite must read series! Start with book one.

Sara, Kate and Jack need a break so they go to visit a friend of Sara’s in England. Sara has invited other people to join them and Kate and Jack realize Sara has an agenda.
They are there to help solve an old murder. This book is part of a series but it could be read as a stand alone. Not sure why, but I had trouble getting into this book. It never really captured me so that is why I give it 3*. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.
